Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "In the past 10 years, I have been on three different inhalers for my COPD. They were all very expensive, as is Breztri. I am on Medicare so I do not get much of a cost break. I have been on it for over 9 months now and it is truly amazing at controlling my illness compared to any of the others. I do have an issue with the new style. It sticks, is harder to push down, and does not seem to distribute the medicine as well as the other style. This is the third month using it. Does anyone else have this issue?"

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "The yellow dispenser is a huge disappointment. Compared to the white dispenser, It has less medicine with each puff, lasts less time and often dispenses air only. I have had to cut back or cease many activities. Please restore use of white dispenser and include enough medicine so it does not give out during the last 10 to 20 puffs."

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "Before I started on Breztri I couldn't grocery shop, walk to the car from a store, walk outside in my own backyard and I had to stop going to my favorite beach because I couldn't take more than 2 steps in the sand. Now, I'm shopping on my own, walking in my yard and swimming in my pool without having to stop and wait 30 minutes before I can walk far enough to lie down. I haven't had to use a rescue inhaler in months. I am so satisfied with Breztri and will take it as long as it's working this well. Ben using it for just under 2 years. No side effects."

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "I'm having mixed reviews of Breztri so far. Previous reviews are very positive, but I have not seen a dramatic improvement so far (3 months). My biggest complaint of a drug that retails for over $600 is the counter mechanism....For this price, this should register each dose as taken instead of every 10 doses. I realize this is probably the most expensive part of this inhaler, but it's important to be able to see exactly how many doses are left. Also, it seems less effective when you get to 20.doses."

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "I've been using Breztri for a couple of months now. It works very well, but only for about 8 hours and its effects wear off. It does not last 12 hours. If only a dose could be added, it would be great! The delivery system feels unreliable. It does not feel like it gives 2 full puffs. It's very scary and too expensive for this to happen."

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "I think the medicine works well. I have some side effects, such as trouble sleeping, coughing, muscle aches, and cramps. The biggest problem is the dispensary. I don't know if it's giving me a full dose, half a dose, or no dose. When I try spraying it to see how much comes out, it's very little. They need to fix the inhaler immediately for us poor people that have COPD. Thank you."

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "I am very happy with Breztri. It has helped me tremendously! Better than any other inhaler I have used. However, I can no longer afford this medication. Thanks to my Medicare and Supplemental Insurance, along with Well Care drug insurance, I will not live much longer as they will not pay for this , or any other inhalers I need. Thanks to pharmaceutical Prices , I will say goodbye now !"

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "I have COPD and was given a sample from my doctor. It worked great. I was breathing much better than I have for a long time. Unfortunately, when my doctor sent in my prescription to the pharmacy and I went to pick it up, I was told that my Medicaid wouldn't pay for it. I am very disappointed. It helped me tremendously. Good drugs should not be only for the wealthy. I'm very sad that I don't have access to this drug that I need."

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "I am a 71-year-old female. Taking the prescribed 2 puffs morning and night caused too many negative side effects. I myself after 2 days cut it down to one puff daily in the morning. It worked great. I could finally breathe, I could take a full breath. I could go to the gym, do gardening, and walk my dog for over one mile. I finally got it down to taking one puff every 3 days. I have stage 3 COPD. You have no idea how elated I am. I also stopped smoking the minute I found out I had COPD. It has been miraculous for me."

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "I have COPD (Emphysema and asthma). Ever since I started Breztri (April 2022) I have had sudden breathlessness. It just hits me for no reason. For the longest time, I thought maybe I was having anxiety, or this is what having COPD is like. I had told my doctor multiple times, but he didn't mention any changes I should do other than using my nebulizer more. UGH! I thought it was what everyone was calling a flare up so I would get antibiotics and prednisone to treat it. Finally, l convinced my doctor that it could very well be Breztri that was causing my breathlessness. He put me back on what I came there a year ago on (Symbocort and Spriiva) and although it's only been a couple of days, I have not had any episodes of breathlessness. Yes, I get out of breath but that's much different than feeling like your heart is racing and you can't catch your breath. I guess something in Breztri does not agree with me."

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "I have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and find Breztri seems to work as well as other medications I have tried in the past, however, the dose counter is ineffective. I have read many reviews that the medication loses its effectiveness over time. This may be because it shoots out more than the rated 120 doses, possibly up to 140 or more. I do not believe that you receive the full dose after 120 doses. To ensure that I receive the correct dose, I write down the date when I start a new package and the date 30 days later when I would have used it 120 times. At that point, I discard the medication and open a new one. I would suggest anyone taking this medication do the same, as it is frustrating to pay for medication that does not work correctly."

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "At first, it worked wonderfully. I had zero complaints. But I have 2 issues. After about a week, I noticed I began to cough again. Second, about 3 or 4 days after I started using, I developed insomnia. I haven't had a decent night's sleep in weeks. It takes me hours to fall asleep, and then I wake up after a few hours. This happens usually a couple times a night. I have to use my rescue inhaler to have a chance at falling asleep as this stops the cough for an hour or two. But the insomnia is making me tired, cranky, and generally miserable. I really hope this passes, I don't know how much more I can handle."

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "When I actually get full doses of the medication, I'm happy with the way it works compared to using the budesonide/spiriva combo. Problem is with the inhaler design, which often delivers a very brief air puff rather than a metered dose, and clicks the meter forward anyway. Not sure how long I'm willing to put up with defective inhalers."

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "Been using Breztri for about 3 months. It helps with breathing, but I seem to have a lot of side effects. Very nervous, trouble sleeping, fatigue, and muscle and joint aches. Was using Symbicort before, and had some effects from that also, but not as severe. Also, it's very expensive considering how poorly it dispenses doses."

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "I have suffered from Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and Emphysema for over 10 years. I became disabled 2 years ago and wasn't able to walk more than 14 steps without being out of breath. I found a different pulmonary doctor and he put me on Brestri. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now and it has changed my life. I can breathe and walk now."

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "I feel like it helps me breathe much better. I got COVID pneumonia in 2020 and my lungs got all messed up. I used Symbicort for a few years, then it just kinda stopped working like it did. However, I feel like since I've been on Breztri, I'm getting constant muscle pains, in particular, my lower back and chest. I've been trying to figure out what's been going on, and I think it's this inhaler."

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "I've had COPD for many years but only started taking medication for about 4 years. Been on oxygen that long also. Without inhalers, I would stay in the 60s for O2 saturation with O2. Of the others I tried, Breztri is by far the best. I couldn't take 5 steps without a break to catch my breath before using Breztri. My O2 saturation would drop to the 70s while walking before on oxygen and other inhalers. After starting Breztri, I would stay in the high 80s when walking with oxygen. Huge improvement. I can go to the store, walk with my wife, go to the library. It's expensive, but to live I need to breathe."

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "The first time I used it I coughed for 2 hours straight. I was told by Doctor to only use 1 puff in the morning and 1 in the evening. It does not appear to do anything but make me cough up mucus more, which is what I'm trying to avoid. I have also been very irritated and angry since taking it. I am calling my doctor to discontinue and find me something else. I do not have a recur inhaler, which I need. Bad experience overall. 100 mcg twice a day."

Breztri Aerosphere (budesonide / formoterol / glycopyrrolate) "I agree with Commenter "D"...I was on Trelegy but over time I started to use my rescue inhaler more. I was happy with Trelegy's once a day dosing...it may be a "head trip" but I feel safer at this time taking Breztri. Bevespi plus the ICS Budesonide is the same as Breztri."

Sadly my insurance won't cover it and after my second sample, I will have to stop it. I'll be back to not being able to breathe again. Finally found something that really works and it’s way out of my reach."
