Tribenzor (amlodipine / hydrochlorothiazide / olmesartan) "This was my first experience with high blood pressure medication. I have been taking it since December 2010, and I developed a persistent cough (my chest hurts, and it's annoying to have people ask if I had done something for my cough). My doctor refused to change the medicine. I changed the doctor."

Tribenzor (amlodipine / hydrochlorothiazide / olmesartan) "Great medication. My pressure prior to using Tribenzor averaged 160-170 / 90-95. It is now averaging about 130/75. I have been taking it for just over a month. Minimal side effects, mostly slight dizzy spells when getting up too quickly. I previously used many combinations of individual pills with mostly negative results. I highly recommend this combination all in one pill."

Tribenzor (amlodipine / hydrochlorothiazide / olmesartan) "I am currently experiencing negative side effects, which include headaches, dizziness, sneezing, runny nose, lips tingling, and joint and muscle pain. I did not experience these symptoms while I was taking Benicar HCT and Amlodipine."

Tribenzor (amlodipine / hydrochlorothiazide / olmesartan) "I have been taking Tribenzor 40/10/12.5 for over 3 years now with little or no side effects. I was first started on 40/10/25 Which was adjusted(hctz 12.5) because of low potassium and increase fatigue. If you are experiencing side effects such as muscle cramps and or fatigue I would suggest that you contact your physician to change or adjust your dosage."

Tribenzor (amlodipine / hydrochlorothiazide / olmesartan) "I have been on several blood pressure pills within the last 7 - 8 years, and never had any luck with getting my blood pressure lowered until my doctor put me on Tribenzor. Now my blood pressure is always normal, and the only side effects is the occassional heart rate may be up while I'm at rest sometimes and occassional dry mouth, but I have never felt better in all my life. Worth the extra money as far as I'm concerned."

Tribenzor (amlodipine / hydrochlorothiazide / olmesartan) "I am only on day 4, and this medication is working better for me to lower my numbers than Diovan, but I am having a lot of muscle aches and pains. My body feels a bit like I have the flu but I am not feverish or sick....I just hurt all over. Just wondering if anyone else experienced that and if it will get better after a time."

Tribenzor (amlodipine / hydrochlorothiazide / olmesartan) "Seem to have a higher resting pulse rate 97-110. Other than that other medicines just got my blood sugar down to 145/94 now I'm at 127/78. It didn't make me tired during the day so I just take it at bedtime and really seem not to have any side effects, other than my pulse rate jacked up some. I check my blood sugar 2x a day."

Tribenzor (amlodipine / hydrochlorothiazide / olmesartan) "I tried more hypertension medicines than I can count. They all had the undesirable side effect of a mental fogginess. Tribenzor does not have this side effect and has my blood pressure totally under control. I have no lack of mental clarity related to the medicine. The only side effect is very intense dreams. Not necessarily pleasant or unpleasant, just intense."

Tribenzor (amlodipine / hydrochlorothiazide / olmesartan) "I am 39 and after avoiding the issue I was finally cornered with my 187/138 BP and my PCP totally freaked...appropriately! I was given Edarbyclor but my insurance didn’t cover it thankfully, it knocked me on my rear. I was prescribed Tribenzor and reluctantly took it, upset that I was being given a three med pill now instead of a two med pill. But started out with 1/4 tab and AMAZING! I have no issues with going up to a full tab if needed but wanted to titrate the dose so I could go to work and function and I actually feel more calm and relaxed, BP has sustained in the 120’s/70’s-80’s on this dose. No complaints, and I found an online coupon on their site taking it to $5 for the script."

Tribenzor (amlodipine / hydrochlorothiazide / olmesartan) "I haven't had any serious side affects at all. It's been a good medication for me so far. It works as it should and I feel much better taking it. My doctor told me that my kidneys are working good and so is my liver. Tribenzor, so far, appears to be a very safe medication for me to take and stay on."

Tribenzor (amlodipine / hydrochlorothiazide / olmesartan) "Had tried several bp medications, started Tribenzor and in one day my blood pressure was at normal range. 105/75. I've been on this for 8 months. Very little side effects most annoying would be fatigue. Give it time to work and adjust to your system. Dosage can always be adjusted. I'm a female, 63 yrs old. I might mention that it's kinda pricey, 75 dollars for 90 days and that's with insurance. If I use the coupon, it's still $25 copay a month."

Tribenzor (amlodipine / hydrochlorothiazide / olmesartan) "Currently taking this medication. I've been taking it about 3 years now with some pros and cons. Pro, it lowers my blood pressure and nothing else had worked. Con, I've developed a red recurring patches on my face that seem to be getting worse. Through research of my own, I've found that hydrochlorothiazide can cause DIL (drug induced lupus). I will be looking for an alternative immediately. And a new doctor."

Tribenzor (amlodipine / hydrochlorothiazide / olmesartan) "Does great at keeping my blood pressure down but since I've been taking it I constantly feel dizzy and within the last week or so I've developed a constant cough about two-three hours after I've taken it. In the beginning I chalked it up to allergies or me coming down with a cold, but I take the med in the evening at 5pm and by 8 I'm a coughing mess, the next day I barely cough but then I take the med at 5 and it's happening again so I'm figuring it's from the med. The dizziness is brutal, if I bend down to pick up something and stand up too quickly I feel like I'm about to black out, never do but the feeling is there. I doubt I stick with this for too long. Only been on it for a little over a month."

Tribenzor (amlodipine / hydrochlorothiazide / olmesartan) "I have been on this medicine for almost 2 months. On the plus side, it lowered my blood pressure effectively. My readings are excellent! Now the minuses. I always feel lightheaded and dizzy. My mouth feels dry, and I keep feeling like I have to clear my throat. Every day around 2:45, I become extremely tired and nod off. It is hard to fight through this. I constantly feel queasy. 5 days ago, around the same time, I started feeling extremely nauseous and began to sweat heavily. When I stood up to go to the bathroom, I felt dizzy to the point I strongly thought I was going to pass out. My vision also became blurry. I sat on the floor, then laid down. Within 1 minute, the feelings subsided. I think this is the medicine doing this."
