"This OTC medication does eventually alleviate the pain and severe cramping for me, but it takes about 2 hours to do so. The pain starts coming back about an hour before I can take the next dose. With this medication having such a high amount of acetaminophen, I'm scared to take the next dose early. I need to investigate alternatives."
