"I'm 78 and have osteoporosis. I've had fractured legs, lower back, my spine is messed up from a rear-end accident. I've been taking this medication off and on for several years. It's not used every day. Yes, it does cause constipation and I use OTC stool softeners to help. I have no strength and working with rehab to help get my strength back. Some days my pain is worse than others. I also have Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 7.5-325 when my pain is worse. However, I do not mix pain medication in the same 24-hour period. I'm going to ask my doctor about this because I have noticed a memory issue. I don't have Alzheimer's, but brain fog is a good description. I'll be talking to my sister and go to say something and can't think of the word or name I want. It usually comes, but I feel I struggle for it. As far as alcohol, it has been out of my life for over 10 years. I can give a rating for both, they both help deal with the pain. However, I just thought about it, and that's how I came upon this to leave a remark."
