For Migraine "I have had migraines for almost 40 years. I have the type where I lose my central vision and have a halo effect for approx 45 minutes, then horrible pain sets in, and I throw up for several hours. This will last for approx 8 hours, then the pain eases off and lingers for almost two days. I usually ended up at the hospital where I have had Demerol, Imitrex, etc., which did not work. One day I lost my vision and tried Excedrin Migraine. This stopped the migraine cold. Never before had any medication even slightly reduced my pain and nausea. This was 14 years ago. I take two as soon as I start to lose my vision, wait until the halo effect subsides, then I can go about my day. Excedrin Migraine returned my life to me."

For Migraine "I had a very bad reaction. My stomach burning, cramping, and feeling nauseated, very ill to the point I had to go to urgent care. Now it’s going on 4 days feeling sick. Be glad when this gets out of my system. Never ever take this again."

For Migraine "Today I took Excedrin Migraine for the first time, it worked very well for the pain. It took it away completely, but now I am in bed feeling stomach pain, nausea, and heartburn. I feel miserable, I've never had medication bother my stomach before. I don't have a sensitive stomach at all. It's amazing for killing the migraine, but the stomach pain is not worth it. I normally take 800 mg of ibuprofen and a strong cup of coffee when I get a migraine, and it works great for me, but this time a friend asked me to try this, so I did, and it hasn't worked."

For Migraine "Migraines I understand, and I used to take Excedrin Migraine decades ago before my kids were born, and it worked. That being said, I don't know what they did to these pills, but they took an extreme toll on me after just two more than 12 hours apart. I had multiple anxiety/panic attacks, shortness of breath (may have been related to the attacks), a feeling of what I can only describe as déjà vu constantly for hours that was debilitating, fatigue, nausea, and more. I have no bad medical history of any kind, no depression, no mental issues, never had an anxiety/panic attack, sleep, and eat well, and I've never used any illegal drugs or even prescription drugs other than the birth control I have been known for years."

For Migraine "I suffer from chronic migraines. Without a preventative medication (Topamax), I get them five to seven times a week. While taking Topamax, I get three to five a month, so it is a vast improvement. Still, when they hit, I need relief from the pain, and Excedrin Migraine is NOT it. I am leaving this review so that others who do not respond well to Excedrin know they are not alone. These pills don't even begin to take the edge off the pain, and the caffeine dose only makes my nausea worse. For the record, I experience two different types of migraine: one with light aura and one without. Excedrin doesn't help either."

For Migraine "Love Excedrin Migraine. I have been a migraine sufferer for 40 years. Ibuprofen doesn't touch the pain, light sensitivity. But Excedrin Migraine usually knocks it down within 25 minutes before the nausea sets in. I truly hope they never discontinue this product. My son gets migraines too and also swears by Excedrin Migraine."

For Migraine "I sometimes have these inexplicable migraines, pain 1 out of 10, sometimes reaching 9, where I am dry heaving just due to the pain that causes nausea. I get these migraines in my forehead, sometimes referred to as 'tension headaches.' My migraines can last 3-5 days. I've tried non-medicinal ways to treat my migraines: going to the eye doctor, visiting my primary care physician to make sure it wasn't sinus-related, I tried essential oils and also tried other OTC pain relief like Tylenol, Motrin, as well as Advil and Aleve. What works best for me is this Excedrin Migraine."

For Migraine "I get migraines pretty often, and Excedrin Migraine does the trick each time! It is very affordable and works like magic. Within 20 minutes, the pain is pretty much gone. I throw up when I get a really bad migraine, and if you take this along with a little something to eat, you will be better in no time! I recommend this product to anyone who suffers from migraines."

For Migraine "Excedrin Migraine is a tiny little gift from God. I'm 28 and have been dealing with migraines my whole life. I just had a killer migraine about 30 minutes ago... one of those so bad that you feel nauseous, disoriented, and like your brain is swollen. I am feeling SO much better now and can continue with the rest of my day like normal. I truly think Excedrin Migraine works as good, if not better, than several onset migraine medications I've tried in the past. I keep a bottle in my car, my purse, and my office desk because I never know when a migraine will strike. Thank you, Excedrin, for making my migraines more manageable!"

For Migraine "I have suffered from migraines for almost 40 years. I used to get hormonal migraines, but I take active birth control every day to stop those. I get weather-related migraines, I can feel storms coming in, so much pressure on my head. Anyway, Excedrin Migraine works great for me! Not all the time, though, sometimes I have to combine it with Sudafed to release the pressure. If I don't eat when I take the Excedrin, I do get jittery. But it stops the nausea and sensitivity to light and sound, as well as the massive pain of a migraine. It is always in my cabinet, ready to grab if I ever need it!"

For Migraine "I had a spinal fluid leak and a spinal headache that resulted in a grand mal seizure after my daughter was born in January 2019. Since then, I have had horrendous migraines and headaches. Excedrin Migraine literally works in minutes for me. I woke up this morning at 5 a.m. with the worst headache I have felt since she was born, I thought I was going to pass out. I took 2 Excedrin Migraine, and within 20 minutes, my head felt 99% better. I am still nauseated and fatigued, but the pain is gone. So thankful for this medication. I avoid medication at all costs, but this is a lifesaver!"

For Migraine "I get really bad migraines from time to time because of weather changes. None of the other headache medications really do much for me, especially when the migraines get so bad I can’t get out of bed. Excedrin Migraine has become my go-to when this happens. Depending on how bad the migraine is, it can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour to help enough to get me moving again, but it helps a lot when it does. The symptoms don’t always disappear completely (today, for instance, I’m still feeling a bit nauseous after taking it), but they become a lot more manageable and I’m able to get out of bed and get through my day, and the light and sound sensitivity is almost completely gone."

For Migraine "For the last few months, I have suffered from debilitating menstrual migraines. I got a bad one today, and I was literally crawling on the floor in agony. I had throbbing pain and nausea. This knocked it out completely in about 45 minutes. No pain med I've tried has worked like this."

For Migraine "This is the single worst experience of my life. For 6-7 hours, I was debilitatingly nauseous, my heart rate was incredibly high, and my migraine was still at its height. This was on New Year's Eve. I was convinced it was the end of my life."

For Migraine "I get about 4 migraines/tension headaches per month and have since I was a kid. If caught early enough, I can make do with just caffeine pills and an aspirin, but when things get bad, I'm reaching for my Excedrin migraine. I've timed it to 20-25 minutes to fully take effect if it works. Sometimes, though, it is not quite strong enough, and I have to use other methods to calm the pain (dark room, ear plugs, pressure points, etc.). My migraines have no aura to speak of - just a little bit of wooziness as a warning - and nausea is mild, so mainly concerned with the pain and accompanying sensitivity to light and sound. Excedrin helps with those at least."

For Migraine "I took this medication because I suffer from migraines. I never have taken it, and since it said migraine, I said I would try it. I took 2 pills, which are 250 mg each, so 500 mg in total. I literally felt my soul leaving my body in less than 15 minutes of taking it. I got pale, diarrhea, nausea, and after an hour of my heart rate so high and blood pressure so high, I went to the hospital. I fainted at the hospital. They even said they don’t suggest this. It was so scary. If you suffer with anxiety, don’t try!"

For Migraine "My fiancé swears by this stuff for his migraines, but I’ve tried taking Excedrin twice now for my headaches, and both times I’ve literally felt like I was dying. Shortness of breath, numbness in my body, cold sweats, nausea, and chest pains. I don’t know what causes this, but it’s literally the worst feeling and lasts for hours and hours."

For Migraine "The pharmacist recommended trying this new drug as it would be more efficient than the one I was already using. I tried it last weekend, and it did NOTHING, the headache didn't lower, and the nausea didn't go away either."

For Migraine "I've had migraines for over 22 years. Since I was a kid, I remember going through all the pains mentioned above. Nausea, vomiting, and having to be in a dark room to let your eyes rest, and maybe it would help a bit. Then came Excedrin Migraine. Amazing! I usually have to pop 2 pills for it to help."

For Migraine "Been getting migraines a lot more frequently lately. The last one I had, I ended up in the E.R. The prescription they sent me home with (ket.. something I think.. ketorol?? Idk but) whatever it was, didn't work! Yesterday another migraine set in. I spent last night in the tub in the dark, soaking my throbbing neck and shoulders in hot water and allowing the water to ease my nausea (as I always do with my endometriosis). I had my husband get me some coffee (for the caffeine), some chicken soup (to get something in my stomach to help with the nausea), and an ice pack for my head. I also took the last pain pill I had from the E.R. The pain subsided some but not for long. This afternoon I BEGGED my husband to get me some Excedrin Migraine because I looked up online what to take and that was the first thing that popped up, along with some more coffee. I took 2 of the Excedrin 30-40 mins ago, and the stabbing in my left temple is gone. I still have a bit of a headache, but nothing I can't handle!"

For Migraine "I was looking for somewhere I could leave a review about Excedrin Migraine because that's how amazing it is. I had a throbbing and painful migraine for 2 days that was causing neck, shoulder, and upper back pain. I thought it was a sinus headache, but it was horrible, and after taking ibuprofen like crazy, it would not go away. It was so bad I could barely get out of bed, and I wasn't even hungry, instead, I felt physically sick. I did not understand the severity of migraines until I started getting them myself. My dad went out and bought me Excedrin Migraine at my request after Googling how to stop the pain. I took it, and within 10-15 minutes, my migraine had subsided. I could move and bend without my head throbbing. This was about 40 minutes ago. I still have some neck, shoulder, and back pain, and my head still feels a little groggy, but I am so much better and no longer debilitated and nauseous. This is some powerful stuff!"

For Migraine "This medication takes the pain away, but the last time I took it, I had terrible anxiety. I felt nauseous and shaky, and nothing would take the feeling away. I had to deal with it for a while, and it felt horrible. I usually take half of one pill, but last time I took a whole."
