Steglujan (ertugliflozin and sitagliptin) from Merck contains ertugliflozin, an oral sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor and the dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor sitagliptin. The Steglujan combination is used as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic (blood sugar) control in adults with type 2 diabetes.
