Cardiovascular side effects have included pallor, tachycardia, palpitations, arrhythmias, and cardiovascular collapse with hypotension.[Ref]
Nervous system
Nervous system side effects have included nervousness, insomnia, restlessness, headache, irritability, fear, anxiety, tenseness, tremor, weakness, hallucinations, convulsions, drowsiness, dizziness, and central nervous system depression.[Ref]
Ocular
Ocular side effects have included blurred vision.[Ref]
Gastrointestinal
Gastrointestinal side effects have included gastric irritation, and excessive dryness of the nose, throat and mouth.[Ref]
Genitourinary
Genitourinary side effects have included dysuria and urinary retention in patients with prostatic hypertrophy.[Ref]
