Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Stop using naphazoline nasal and call your doctor at once if you have:

ongoing or worsening nasal stuffiness;

chest pain, fast or uneven heart rate; or
-
severe headache, buzzing in your ears, anxiety, confusion, or feeling short of breath.
Common side effects may include:

sneezing; or

mild burning or stinging in your nose.
