Delgocitinib Topical Side Effects
Applies to delgocitinib topical: topical cream.
General adverse events
The most commonly reported adverse reactions reported in 1% of patients or less were application site pain, paresthesia, pruritus, erythema, bacterial skin infections (finger cellulitis), paronychia, other skin infections, leukopenia, and neutropenia.[Ref]
Dermatologic
- Frequency not reported: Non-melanoma skin cancers including basal cell carcinoma, eczema herpeticum, bacterial skin infections including finger cellulitis, paronychia, other skin infections
Hematologic
- Frequency not reported: Leukopenia, neutropenia
Local
- Common (1% to 10%): Application site reactions including application site pain, paresthesia, pruritus, erythema
Other
- Frequency not reported: Viral reactivation, including cases of herpes virus reactivation (herpes zoster)
