Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Infection - Bacterial/Fungal/Protozoal/Viral
Severe infections (including bacterial, viral, and fungal) as well as opportunistic infections leading to fatal outcomes have been reported while on pirtobrutinib. Antimicrobial prophylaxis and vaccinations are recommended for patients with a high risk for infection. Assess and treat for infection when exhibited. Temporarily hold, decrease the dose, or discontinue therapy as indicated.

Pirtobrutinib (applies to pirtobrutinib) renal impairment
Moderate Potential Hazard, Moderate plausibility. Applicable conditions: Renal Dysfunction
Patients with severe renal impairment (eGFR 15 to 29 mL/min) can have increased exposure to pirtobrutinib and require a dosage reduction. No dosage modifications are required in patients with mild or moderate renal impairment.
