For Dry Eye Disease "Years of suffering with severe dry eye. I was using the ointment at night and lots of drops during the day. After about 3 months of use, I would say that Tyrvaya helps, but is not a complete 'cure' for dry eye, especially at night. It is the best medicine that I have used so far, however. The bottle spraying mechanism needs work. You don't always get a good spray, and at the cost of the medication, it should spray every time."

For Dry Eye Disease "I believe Tyrvaya works, however, I have extreme difficulty getting the sprayer to work. I have to work very hard at getting one spray to come out and rest on the nasal wall. This is very frustrating since I have to try and try again until I finally succeed a minute or so later."

For Dry Eye Disease "The doctor gave me a sample and it worked great almost immediately, but unfortunately, I can't afford the $600 co-pay for 30 days with my Medicare drug plan. It cleared up my blurred vision and I no longer woke up with a pain in my eye. Because of the cost, I guess I will go back to the issues when the sample runs out."

For Dry Eye Disease "I switched from Xiidra because of the nasty taste that wouldn't go away. I dropped Restasis because it raised my blood pressure. Tyrvaya has helped me feel less irritation in my eyes. Frequently after dosing, I do sneeze or cough, but that passes quickly. At times I get an effect - a weird feeling like powder entered my throat, but it's over in a minute or so. It's worth the random inconvenience. Learning the correct application is not too bad either: prime bottle, tilt head back, aim for ear top, tongue on roof of mouth, don't touch nasal wall."

For Dry Eye Disease "It is easy to use and seems to work well. However, each time (twice) I started the medication, my mouth has broken out really bad inside and out. I have stopped it at this time."

For Dry Eye Disease "The samples worked GREAT and I was so excited, only to find it costs between $900 and $1921.73 for a 90-day prescription! Who has this kind of money? Medicare will not cover it nor the drug supplement."
