For Migraine "I do not get migraines often. But when I do, they leave me in bed all day. Was given a sample of this to try. 100 mg pill. I woke up with a horrible migraine. Took the sample about 30 mins after I woke up. Within an hour, I had extreme nausea, nausea like I have never experienced. It didn't stop there. I began to dry heave, I could feel my stomach just contracting over and over, to the point where eventually I started to throw up water like greenish... bile? The severe stomach contractions and vomiting went on for about 4 hours. I finally took some Promethazine and was able to sleep it off. But my stomach was still sore and uneasy for over 24 hrs after taking. I will NEVER take this medication again."

For Migraine "I took Ubrelvy 50 mg for the first time today. My migraines have become very frequent, and I feel that Imitrex is only giving me a few hours of relief before the pain comes back and I need to take a new pill. My Dr. recommended trying Ubrelvy, saying that it will work better than the triptan and that I will have fewer side effects. I guess it is not for me. 1) didn’t get rid of the pain until after 8 hours, 2) made me nauseous, 3) made me very dizzy and sleepy, and when I sat on the sofa to rest, I started having terrible hallucinations. This happened to me when I took Percocet after a surgery a few years ago, and it was horrible. From that time on, I’ve never accepted a prescription for pain relievers, and I will never take Ubrelvy ever again."

For Migraine "Tried Ubrelvy as directed by Dr. And within an hour of 1 tablet, my migraine was gone. I took it at the onset of the migraine when I start seeing an aura around lights. I have a migraine every day. I took a single dose of 50 mg, headache gone. The side effect that got me was dizzy and nauseous. I puked one time, but this is common for me during a migraine. This only lasted maybe 20 minutes, I immediately started feeling better. Side effect number 2, for some reason, it made me hyper, not in a bad way, just a lot of energy. Side effect number 3, insomnia. I took the tablet around 1 pm and I got up at 8 am, and I’m typing this review at 4 am and not even remotely tired. I would take the tablet again for the relief. I used samples provided by Dr. Not sure about the cost."

For Migraine "I tried a 50 mg Ubrelvy for a migraine that had been building all day. Shortly after, I had pain in my temples and then complete relief. The next morning, I woke up with awful, awful head pain. It was throbbing, and I could hardly walk. I puked my guts out all day and couldn’t keep anything down. My usual arm weakness worsened. I still am not better three days later and am still taking Zofran to not puke. I will not attempt this drug again."

For Migraine "My doctor gave me a sample of Ubrelvy as a treatment for when a migraine were to occur. On the plus side, I started feeling relief in about 90 mins. It was early evening, so I went to sleep. Woke up around 3:30 am, and I was no longer in pain, but I was sweating with the feeling of the room spinning. My mouth was very dry, and I was feeling nausea. After dry-heaving a bunch, I drank half a bottle of water. Vomited that up not long after. The plus side is the pill seemed to help with the headache, but were the side effects worth it? I’m on the fence about trying another dosage for future migraine."

For Migraine "I could cry from relief to have a drug that stops a migraine. Heck, I have cried from relief for this very reason with Ubrelvy. I've had migraines since I was a tiny child. Other things I have tried could maybe dull the pain but never stopped it. I've taken my 4th of five pills now. The pain always recedes within 90 minutes. Side effects on a 50 mg dose are mild; I have a weak appetite and a hint of nausea for about 24 hours and have a little fatigue... But that's way better than a migraine. I had started on 100 mg, but the nausea at that dose was unbearable. Thankfully, the half dose works just as well without causing severe nausea."

For Migraine "I got this med as another tool in my drawer for my now chronic migraines. Maxalt works fairly well for me, just thought I'd like to try the new CGRP methodology. OMG, this is awful. I swear it made my head worse. But sometimes Maxalt doesn't get it on the first try either, so I assumed I just needed another - took it 3 hours later and things got worse, now with nausea. I had to use pain meds to get it under control and my stomach was a wreck all day. I thought maybe this was just a coincidence of things, but after reading the other reviews, I think I'll just leave my $800 worth of meds in the drawer. It's awful."

For Migraine "I was prescribed 100 mg of Ubrelvy to take in place of Relpax to try and combat the rebound headaches I was experiencing. I have used this med about 6 times, and I will not use it again. Not only does it not work at all, it exacerbates all the other side effects I get along with the migraine, especially nausea. I feel worse after taking this. Relpax and Botox have been the only things that have helped my chronic migraines. I would not recommend Ubrelvy to anyone."

For Migraine "Thankfully, I have only had to take Ubrelvy a few times, but it has definitely helped each time! I usually only take it when I feel a migraine with aura coming on. The first thing I notice is a change in my vision, followed by severe pain and some nausea. Whenever I first sense a vision change, I take one Ubrelvy pill (usually 100 mg). There have been a couple of instances where the pain and nausea don’t even really develop, and my vision returns to normal after taking it! But the reason I’m writing this review today is because I recently had a headache for probably around 16 hours, which Ubrelvy ultimately cured. I had only taken Advil at first because it wasn’t my usual migraine with aura, but I ended up taking Ubrelvy after the pain persisted, and I felt better within 30 minutes! Everyone with migraines should give this medication a shot. My neurologist also prescribed me Nurtec, but I haven’t had to try it yet because Ubrelvy has helped each time."

For Migraine "Tried this for the first time today. Woke up with a migraine, took 50 mg Ubrelvy, and after about 1 hour, pain was worse, and I had terrible nausea. After throwing up, my lips and fingers were tingling, and I was extremely dizzy. Don't think I will try it again. Triptans work, but sometimes need several doses, or the headache rebounds, and I get extremely irritable for a few days after."

For Migraine "I have had migraines for over 40 years. I started taking Imitrex 100 mg in the late 90s, tablets and injections. They always worked for me and generally stopped a migraine attack within 20 minutes if I took it at the onset of symptoms. I recently started seeing a new doctor who recommended I try taking Qulipta daily and Ubrelvy when I had a breakthrough migraine due to Imitrex only allowing 9 tablets a month, and I generally had 12-14 migraines monthly, also, Ubrelvy allows 16 tablets. The Qulipta has been so effective at controlling my migraines. It’s like a life I never thought I would have! However, the 4-6 times I’ve had a breakthrough migraine and I’ve taken the Ubrelvy, it has not even touched the pain. In fact, I unfortunately would feel even worse after taking it. I was so hopeful that this medication would be a game changer and very disappointed that it does not touch the pain levels and makes me nauseous and my head pain even worse. I wish this med would have worked for me."

For Migraine "I suffer from vestibular migraines, most doctors don’t even understand what they are. They just think, oh migraines, nope, they are different. I have tried so many meds with no relief. The most recent was Ubrelvy. It knocked the migraine down from a 10 to a 5. However, I was so sick to my stomach: severe nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea two hours after taking it. I was up all night with a severe upset stomach. I tried Zofran, Nexium, and Tums. Nothing worked. Then I felt fatigued all day the next day, like a hangover, and the migraine is creeping its way back in."

For Migraine "I have had migraines since I was very young, they worsened as I’ve gotten older, and I get sharp pains in my head for 2 to 3 days. I tried everything, Tylenol never worked, Motrin might help a very little bit but will never resolve fully. I received 2 samples of Ubrelvy to try. The 1st time I took it, within an hour I felt the pain stopping. I was shocked and did not believe it, I thought maybe it was coincidence. 2 weeks later, I had a migraine and took the 2nd sample, and it relieved symptoms within two hours. I am so happy to have finally found something to help with this excruciating pain. I did have some nausea afterwards, but it was worth the pain being gone!!"

For Migraine "This is the only migraine medication that has ever worked and does not make me drowsy. It can be expensive if insurance does not cover it, however, my doctor gave me a coupon, so I got 16 pills for free (100 mg). I found that the 100 mg made me nauseous, so I break them in half, and within 1 hr, my migraine is gone!"

For Migraine "I was given a 50 mg sample, which initially worked after 2 hours (a bit longer than Imitex, but it's fine). However, after a while, it was becoming less effective. Doctor upped it to 100 mg, and it worked once or twice, then it started making my migraines much worse, along with increased light sensitivity and nausea. Doctor advised me to discontinue Ubrelvy and resume Imitex."

For Migraine "15 years of migraines several days a week, over 2 dozen preventatives tried (no luck with any), and nothing got rid of the headache except triptans, which unfortunately began giving me extreme nausea 2 years ago. Started trying Ubrelvy 6 months ago, and found 75 mg works for me, with no nausea or any other side effects of any kind! They do take longer to start working than the triptans do. The only thing is the 100 mg pills are so huge, I have to cut them into 1/4 to choke them down. They still get stuck in the back of my throat occasionally. I tried Nurtec since its dissolving solved that issue, but unfortunately, that did not help my headaches at all. Back to Ubrelvy!"
