"52 yr old male and was experiencing some sudden onset overactive bladder issues. I have been taking tolterodine 4 mg for 1 week now. It has cut my nighttime accidents by more than half. Only a little dry mouth and no constipation issues so far. My only issue is now I’ve had some daytime issues that I didn’t have before. Sometimes I have a 3-hour stretch in the middle of the day where I’m peeing constantly. I’ll give it more time than just a week because I’m loving getting better sleep and not having nighttime accidents."

"Worked well for OAB, but caused excessive dry mouth and sore throat."

"31, female, diagnosed with recurrent UTIs, IC, and OAB from age 15. I used solifenacin very well previously for many years (caused constipation) before falling pregnant and it being contraindicated. My symptoms resolved after pregnancy miraculously - I'd feared they'd only get far worse with possibly urge and stress incontinence combined. But I didn't have SI and I found myself no longer needing medication for UI! Fast forward 4 years after pregnancy and OAB symptoms were back, unable to make it to the bathroom due to the sudden urges, wetting myself at work, while shopping, up at night, etc., etc. My previous medication solifenacin now gives me severe headaches, so I then tried Mirabegron with no improvement on my symptoms. I have now been on Tolterodine for a week, and it's helped my symptoms massively! It definitely helps control my bladder. I even had a coffee the other day without it exacerbating my symptoms! HOWEVER, it is affecting my sleep a lot, very little deep sleep. I feel exhausted!"
