"Loved Mounjaro, have lost a lot of weight (80 lbs) total. Was on Ozempic for the first 50 lbs, then switched to Mounjaro. Side effects: diarrhea, constipation (which have been doable), but recently gallstones and diverticulitis."

For Type 2 Diabetes "On 7.5 g Mounjaro. Blood sugar numbers came down. Weight did not. Experienced many of the more common side effects, e.g., diarrhea, gas, increased GERD. Ate less, watched protein intake closely. Experienced acute pancreatitis that was caused by gallstones, including one that blocked a biliary duct. After gallbladder surgery, my primary care physician decided to take me off Mounjaro permanently. I want to stress that I do NOT believe the drug had a thing to do with the pancreatitis, as I had the gallstone symptoms far longer than I was taking Mounjaro."
