For Type 2 Diabetes "My A1C and glucose levels are great. I am not on insulin. Side effects are rotten. Nausea, GERD, constipation/diarrhea, headache, stomach pain, decreased appetite every shot lessens over the week. Had this with Ozempic and Trulicity too, but not as severe. I have seen no weight loss benefit despite a decent diet and moderate exercise 3-5 times per week. Other side effects I’m not sure are related: feeling of lump in throat, slight face rash, occasional blurred vision, tingling in hands."

For Type 2 Diabetes "It does cause nausea. Immediate stomach full, stomach ache, too full feeling, vision changes, I had loss of hair, procrastination-feeling stuck, memory zaps. But I did lose 35 lbs. And it did take a while. 1 year. Very easy to inject."

For Type 2 Diabetes "I have been taking Mounjaro for almost three months, increasing the dosage each month according to my doctor's prescriptions due to my Type 2 diabetes. I have experienced dizziness, constipation, lack of appetite, blurry vision, and nausea after eating a meal. None of the side effects I've experienced have been severe enough to warrant discontinuing Mounjaro. My A1C has dropped from 8.5 to 6.3, and I have lost 30+ pounds since starting Mounjaro. I have not experienced diarrhea, vomiting, or pancreatitis. I am pleased with Mounjaro, which has resulted in weight loss and diminishing A1C levels."

For Type 2 Diabetes "I'm looking for a few answers myself. Does Mounjaro cause pain in your legs? I am a chronic pain sufferer, osteoporosis, three different arthritis, avascular necrosis, nerve and bone damage head to toe. I have so much wrong and am in need of three different surgeries, but I have 38% lung capacity. I also have COPD!!! NOW, that's just a start.... I'll leave it there for now. I have a metallic taste in my mouth, can this medication cause this? My throat feels a mess, somewhat swollen. My mouth is very dry. I guess you could say I feel all-around sick. I have nausea medication, etc., I do not need any other medication. I take too much now. Just so you know, my left eye has vision issues and sees differently from the right."

For Type 2 Diabetes "I tried Ozempic for 9 weeks and thought I was going to die, so they switched me to Mounjaro. The 1st 2 weeks were okay, I just didn't have an appetite, but week 3 hit me just like Ozempic did. Total exhaustion. I've lost 5 lbs in a little over 3 days. I have side effects of sulfur burps, dehydration, constant nausea, falling asleep at all times, all-night vomiting, and diarrhea. I feel bruised from head to toe and have blurred vision. I'm telling people this for a warning. Read the reviews. People are constantly going to the ER because of these medications. I'm flustered because I found something that worked for my diabetes, but it is really bad for me. Since starting Ozempic up to now, I've lost almost 30 lbs... might sound great, but not when you can't function."
