"Took this on the advice of my Doctor to relieve post nasal drip/cough symptoms. One hour after use had a severe headache. It is still throbbing 12 hours later and advil/tylenol not helping. Hoping it resolves soon. Ironically, it did clear my nasal passages and I did not have the chronic cough from the post nasal drip last night. Headache was the only thing waking me. Sigh."

"Been using the rinse twice daily on advice of Dr. for a month now for relief of postnasal drip and chronic rhinitis. Have got to say, my nasal passages have never been so clean and clear, but started to realize that every time I use the rinse my lips and mouth feel puffy. So, I checked to see if there were any side effects and lo and behold, it can cause lip, mouth, throat irritation. I'm slightly worried at the moment because it's been about 3 hours since I did the rinse and my lips are feeling puffy and my cheeks are tingling. I'll see how it goes. The rinse has really cleared my sinuses, so I'd hate to have to stop. I hope this goes away soon."

"We all have been using this product. My wife and grand child and daughter, she is a medical doctor. It is just amazing if used as per complete instructions in the booklet. It drains out all pent up flakes and any collection. Now a days me and my wife,we both are medical doctors too, we are using three times a day. It is just very very very useful. The most important is to read the complete booklet which has very specific instructions and follow in toto and the result will be there without any doubt. We all recommend this product to every one with nasal congestion, allergic phenomenon, and all kinds of nasal issues. Great product. We recommend all who needs it. Benefits are not to take more drugs, antibiotics, antihistamine steroid and all. So far no side effects. It is very easy to use if used according to instructions."

"I got the Neil Med sinus rinse upon my drs recommendation as I had a bad sinus infection that was turning into bronchitis. Both nares totally occluded. I was literally breathing through my mouth. I started on the right side and it was slow to progress but seemed to help so I was exited. I went to do the left side and the water wouldn’t go in at all. Then my left ear drum popped. It was excruciating. Never again. It hurts to even blow nose now. And both sides are stuffed as ever and my throat is now sore and I have a bad headache. Never again."

"I was advised to use this by my ENT doctor, and after a period of using other nasal sprays and experiencing severe nosebleeds, total nasal blockage, and being reduced to having to breathe through my mouth, I decided to give his advice a try. Within a couple of weeks of just using NeilMed, my symptoms were much improved, and for the first time in a long, long time, I was able to sleep all night without having to wake up to get a drink of water. Now, a couple of months down the line, I rinse maybe once or twice a day. I can smell and taste almost as well as I could before this horrible nightmare began and feel like I have my life back. There are a number of chemical products out there that do work very well in the short term, but with regular use, they will mess up your sinuses and take you to a living hell. My advice would be not to use them at all and to just use this product. There are probably other saline-only products that would work just as well, but my story is based on NeilMed."

"I will never travel without this again. I have severe allergies and nasal congestion. I often get sick overseas. Right now, I have so much nasal congestion and this gets it out so I can breathe through my nose for a while. I have to do it again in a few hours but I think it's worth it because I don't have to take a corticosteroid."

"My ENT recommended using sinus rinse for sinus infection, along with antibiotics and prednisone. At recheck, he told me to continue during allergy season. Plants blooming! Good for cleaning before using Flonase. Works well, sinuses are clear. Be careful, sometimes grip slips and I squirt my eye!"

"I have found it to work well - except occasionally I have excruciating upper tooth pain on one side after use. Makes me want to discontinue using the rinse even though for the most part it works."

"My mum uses this and recommended it to me for my nasal problems. My nose is blocked every day and my sinuses are inflamed. I also have dripping mucus in my throat at night. I tried this product today, but all it did was give me a bad headache, which led to sinus pain in my face and upper teeth."
