For Constipation "I’ve taken Senokot twice now. The first time it worked in very short order. Like two to three hours after taking it, I emptied my bowels like I haven’t ever before, and I felt like I got a fresh start! It was amazing! No side effects for me. I see some of you guys have had terrible experiences, but for me, it’s painless and works like a charm. Today, I took one tablet because I have not had a good movement in close to a week, and I feel bloated and full/backed up. I will let you know how it goes this time. I am praying it is the same as last time I took it. Great results for me with literally no discomfort like taking Ex-Lax or something along those lines. Thanks!"
