For Condylomata Acuminata "Appears as though it works, but I wasn't warned to be cautious and only apply to affected areas. I am currently suffering from what feels like I have spread my ass cheeks and have been dragged at the very least 150 feet across the concrete. My skin is gone, burned, and painful. A simple blast of air from a small fan feels like shrapnel blasting against my skin. Walking is painful, same as bending over; hell at this point, I hurt from breathing. The only relief I have found has been in applying half a tube of Neosporin with pain relief today alone. I think I could yield the same results by being shot with laser guns. This pain should be on a poster for safe sex."

For Condylomata Acuminata "Has anyone experienced the medication causing the warts to get visibly larger before they go away? I am two days in, and my husband, on the second day, couldn't believe how much larger and uglier they became. Does this mean they are already getting ready to fall off? I was incredibly sore throughout the night as well. Please tell me this isn't just me, and it has happened to some of you as well."

For Condylomata Acuminata "Lord, the burning and discomfort is horrible! My daily routines changed for a week, but it works, they fell off after the first cycle. Had to go to four doctors to get this prescribed! It really works. Skin will peel and everything is painful! But I looked at it as my punishment for not being safer with my sex life."

For Condylomata Acuminata "I got HPV while using condoms. The warts form where the condom didn’t cover. I had it for a year before I knew what it was. So my doctor prescribed podofilox. I had one large one at the base of my penis and one smaller one on the shaft. After one cycle, I didn’t think it would work, no burn, no nothing. Second cycle, they seem to have gotten bigger, and it was painful. The third cycle was like magic, the one on the shaft turned into a scab and fell off, the larger one shrank and turned black and scabbed and is about to fall off. I’m on my last cycle, I believe they will be gone in a couple of days. This stuff works, just be patient and use as directed. Some normal skin did get damaged, but I believe it will heal in a week or so. Good luck and be safe."

For Condylomata Acuminata "I was prescribed by the Planned Parenthood doctor. I applied it on my own because I had no one to trust without judgment. And man, I’m on the first treatment. I’ve done the three-day cycle, and the wart is gone. Now that being said, I’m happy the wart is gone on my anus, but when I tell you, the after effect is horrible. How on earth was I supposed to apply it alone? So, of course, I got it on good, healthy skin, and now my anus is raw and sore. I can barely get any sleep or be comfortable. I applied Neosporin multiple times and still feel uncomfortable. Best result is to take very warm baths. It may burn for a little bit, then it soothes your anus. I’m just ready to get back to normal again."

For Condylomata Acuminata "I had been suffering from genital warts for a year and 3 months. Over this time, I've been through numerous courses of Aldara cream and a few sessions of cryotherapy, of which all had done nothing. Luckily, I went to another sexual clinic, where a nurse finally took into account that a new treatment was needed. I was prescribed a 4-week course of liquid condyline solution. After 2 applications, the warts had turned white. I'm absolutely amazed and chuffed to say that after 3 days of using this, all my genital warts have cleared up! Of course, the negatives are that the areas can become very sore, tender, and can present some gunge. But I argue this pain is way more short-term than the unbearable itching I faced with Aldara cream. This stuff really worked well for me, and in the case that the warts return, I feel able to treat them in a much smaller time scale."

For Condylomata Acuminata "This stuff has definitely worked for me. I just finished the first 3-day treatment round. I had about 9 small warts and 2 larger warts, and now all that is left is 2 of the small ones and like half of one of the big ones, but the ones that are left are visibly on their way to being gone. It has left some tender skin and a few small sores behind where the warts used to be. They aren't kidding when they say not to get this on healthy skin because after a few treatments some of my skin feels incredibly raw and sore. Ibuprofen and breathable underwear seem to be helping though. Podofilox is alcohol-based, so it definitely burns if you have to put it on any warts. But the results so far are worth it for me."

For Condylomata Acuminata "I have been using this for about 2 and a half weeks. When I first used this, it did not burn really bad. I felt it, but it was bearable. The next two days, the pain has gotten worse when applying, but I dealt with it. However, I noticed patches on my skin that looked burnt and started to bleed lightly. The warts were gone, so that’s all that mattered. The following week, I noticed a couple more in a different area, so I applied it! TERRIBLE burning like I never felt before. Two days later, here I am, and my skin looks like it’s peeling off, raw without the warts. Had to make another appointment because it feels worse than when I started. I don’t recommend it because it’s so easy to burn your skin with the warts."

For Condylomata Acuminata "I have a wart under my balls, so I applied to that one first to see how my body reacted to it. So I'm 2 days in with that one and 1 day in for the anal warts. I have about 4 or 5. So far, the pain is not unbearable. I do feel general discomfort, but it only hurts if you apply it to the skin around the wart. You must let it dry before letting any skin fold over the spot you treated. If it hurts to the point where you can't take it, you are applying it to the wrong spot or maybe applying too much."

Podofilox topical for Condylomata Acuminata "I had a case of genital warts on the head of my penis. Used this treatment for 3 days, and it started swelling a lot where the foreskin was cut. Real tender and sore there and where the gel was applied. Small blisters as well. Very painful. Hurts to sleep and just wear jeans. If not better in a couple of days, will go back to the doctor. Painful."

I'm hoping it will work for me because I'm so tired of having these things. I will keep using it and let y'all know if I have any changes in condition, good or bad."

For Condylomata Acuminata "Ok! First! Read the instructions!!! You will save yourself from a lot of pain and discomfort. I’m currently ending cycle one and carelessly didn’t view the instructions, so my ***hole is on fire!! Not to mention I have diarrhea, so it hurts like lava. The trauma also opened a tear in my anus, so I gotta figure that out too. However, warts are definitely showing signs of leaving, two of them have left so far, but I wish I would have found this site before starting treatment. Oh, and keep some NeoSporin and baby wipes, they will come in handy if healthy skin gets irritated."

Podofilox topical for Condylomata Acuminata "I'm in my 3rd cycle, and by the 1st cycle, on the 3rd day, some came off. I can't really tell if they are completely gone due to the fact that on the 3rd cycle, on the 2nd day, on my last dose, I notice that the lips of my vagina turn white and became really painful. I'm really worried. Now, the doctor said it became that way due to the medication having steroids."

Podofilox topical for Condylomata Acuminata "I'm on day 5 of this. So, already the 3 days of treatment and now two days of rest. I didn't apply 'the minimum amount', I kinda went a bit overboard... And day 2, 3, and 4 were the most pain I've been in my life. But I'm fine now on day 5, and I went from 20 to zero warts in my butt area. Was the pain worth it? After 3 months of trying other treatments, I'd say yes, if you are okay with being in incredible pain for 3 days just to finally get it over with."

For Condylomata Acuminata "It seems like this drug works immediately for the Caucasian skin type, but I have a darker complexion and my warts did not fall off by the second day, as some others have spoken. It may be due to the different skin type. My warts felt sore after day 3, and I didn't suffer much burn even though the solution went on normal skin. The warts did get darker, and I feel like this medicine is working. I will have to update later."

For Condylomata Acuminata "I’m treating molluscum after two rounds of cryotherapy. The doctor and pharmacist didn’t tell me how to use it, so I applied generously, and now I’m on my second off day, and for the past 3 days I’ve been in so much pain and discomfort. My vagina feels raw and sore, and around it feels super itchy. I have bumps near my anus as well, and so my butt crack is on fire too. Be careful when applying this. I hope this stuff works because so far I haven’t seen much improvement in the bumps, but I’m majorly suffering the pain right now."

Podofilox topical for Condylomata Acuminata "My review of Condylox solution, which was prescribed in the UK - used, but used with a cotton bud instead of the plastic applicator. Like many people, I somehow managed to get the solution on healthy skin and didn’t allow the solution to dry fully before putting on clothes/closing my legs. My first day off treatment consisted of me being in unbearable pain, skin peeling off like crazy, so I ended up going to the doctor, where I was prescribed antibiotics and burn cream. Not sure if my warts are gone, as my skin is still peeling and constantly feels like my skin is tearing every time I move, even whilst on bed rest. Wish I had known what I know now and taken caution whilst applying the solution. Really pray I don’t have any permanent damage, as my labia looks unrecognizable with all this loose skin."

For Condylomata Acuminata "Got some Wart Magic, which contains podophyllin and salicylic acid in a solution. The first application my doctor did for me, the following two days I did on my own. All I can say is this is the worst pain I’ve ever experienced in my life. For the first couple of days, as the wart skin starts to turn white with a pungent smell of burnt skin, I was even bleeding a little, which had me quite worried, but that’s stopped now. Even taking a bath couldn’t fix the smell between my thighs because the medicine takes days to burn off the warts. I applied the medicine to the two warts on my testicles, and I’m on day 4 now (day 2 of rest), and they’re swollen like anything, and the pain is extremely unbearable, probably worse than when I got circumcised. I just hope the pain gets better soon. The warts on the top of my shaft were the biggest of them all, so I feel like I might get a permanent scar after the scab has fallen off."

For Condylomata Acuminata "This is a very good drug. Although you have to be cautious where you apply it. The drug did burn and also caused my skin to peel, dry, and became very painful. My new doctor told me to stop use, and we opted for the laser surgery. It cleared them, but they still come back."

"Podofilox did not work after 4 treatments for Molluscum contagiosum. It worked on a few small bumps, but it still kept spreading. My advice is to just go in there, pop the molluscum and get that white gunk out, wash your hands, get rubbing alcohol, and put a Band-Aid on it. It was a long, painful process, but I’ve been dealing with this for 6 months now. I did get a bump after I thought everything cleared up, and I tried podofilox on it, but covered it with a Band-Aid this time, and it worked like a charm."

For Condylomata Acuminata "So far, so good. I just am about to do my second round of treatment, and I have to say that this stuff does work well. I had at least 10 warts on my anus (NIGHTMARE). They have reduced in size dramatically with one treatment. I only did two days, though, because I could not do the third day because the pain is off the charts, and cleaning your bum will require wipes or a shower to clean. I opt for the shower because warm water eases the pain. It is going to be painful, but it does work. They do get somewhat bigger with treatment, but it is part of the process. All will be okay. Just know there are a lot of people going through this. I hope this helps someone, and you are cleared up in no time."

For Condylomata Acuminata "I'm on my first rest day after using the drug for 3 days for my warts in the anal area. From day 2, the pain and itching started. I guess because it is a difficult area to apply, my healthy skin was affected too. For me, the medicine was very easy to use - however, please be careful not to apply on healthy skin/try to dry the area as much as possible after using the medicine because the gel gets on the healthy skin once you close your bottom. I also experienced some blood coming and had troubles walking. I hope this works. Now the warts are white as anything and hope they will fall off."
