For Dysuria "When my sister was almost 7 years old, she was prescribed a 14-day supply of the liquid version of Ditropan. She was complaining about pain during urination, and after a urine test at the doctor's, it was decided that Ditropan would be the best treatment. The liquid version of Ditropan she had was raspberry flavored. When on the medication, caution needs to be used during exercise, hot weather, and other activities. Ditropan may also cause nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, dry mouth, and blurred vision."

For Urinary Frequency "Ditropan caused blurred vision and dry mouth and did not relieve frequent urination."

For Urinary Incontinence "It worked well for about 2 years, but the dry mouth was really bad. When it stopped, my mouth was so raw I couldn’t eat anything with vinegar or peppery things. I was sort of glad it stopped working, but from then on, not much else has worked. I tried almost everything: Detrol, Tolterodine, Solifenacin, Mybertiq, and Botox, and now have an implant that helps a lot, but I still have urges and need to wear pads. I’m trying Gemtesa, which is helping with frequency. The worst thing about Ditropan was severe dry mouth and blurry vision, but at least it worked well for a time."
