"55 Botox for forehead, frown wrinkles, and 25 jawline to help relieve night clenching. The jaw injections did seem to help. The forehead and frown injections restricted my facial movement in the frowning expression. Yes, my wrinkles are diminished, I can still raise my eyebrows and forehead and frown slightly. The non-desired effects have made me choose not to do Botox again. It has been almost 4 weeks, I am still unhappy with the results. My eyelids became three eyelids that laid on the base of my lashes. My eyes, usually bright and bushy-tailed, look narrow and squinty. My eyebrows became a totally different shape toward the center. They wriggle and droop and look angry. The skin between my eyes and brows looks and feels 'foamy.' I gently pinch the skin vertically, and it stays in that position. I try to open my eyes wider, and the skin between my brow and eyes on the outside edge forms multiple wrinkles I call my 'butterfly wings.' I can't wait for this to wear off!"

"Pleasantly surprised by initial affection around forehead & eyes, feel much younger. Possible side effects from interaction with psychotropic medication include nosebleed & confusion initially, which didn’t occur on second series."

"This neurotoxin sent me to the hospital with leg convulsions, extreme anxiety, confusion, pain, depression, and difficulties swallowing. I'm 8 weeks post-Botox and still have to take meds to stop my legs from convulsing. My anxiety is still through the roof. It's a very scary thing to be told by medical professionals that there is NOTHING they can do to help you. The only advice I was given was to call 911 if my throat started to close and I'd be put on a ventilator. Every day I'm one day closer to hopefully making a full recovery. But please, if you are considering using Botox, do your due diligence and be informed on the risks. I had had it many times before with no problems, this time my body decided enough was enough!"
