"I have experienced reduced pain in joints and less inflammation for a year. I realize that changing my diet is also part of maintenance. Serious anti-inflammatory dieting due to being obese. I know that my weight contributes to RA flare-ups. I am constantly tired and it takes some exercise to get going every day. Mostly Yoga since it is hot outside. I receive infusions that are easy to handle."
