"The side effects listed are about right. Had some periods of dizziness too. I have had bouts of big-time fatigue, and I think that is a result of the Leqvio. The side effects are aggravating, but in general, are worth it for the results."

"First of all, I see a functional dietitian. Following a strict diet, regular exercise, and taking magnesium, vitamin D, vitamin K, I was able to drop 20 lbs in a year. My starting cholesterol was 315 and with a low-fat, no seed oil, higher protein diet, I was able to get my cholesterol down to 235. My LDL-C was 170. CA score of 165. So here I am, I had my first shot of Leqvio. Side effects are exhaustion, headaches, and foot and hand cramps. Extra water and magnesium seem to help."

"Have had significant hair loss. Pain in legs and knee joints. Both knees have cartilage and meniscus damage, with no previous history of knee injury or knee-related issues."

"I had a terrible reaction to Repatha, so I requested Leqvio. I had my first dose 3 months ago, and I haven't had any problems with it at all. I have my second dose scheduled in another 2 weeks."

"Have just received my 4th injection. Further to my May '23 post. Cholesterol has remained low, slight muscle pain continues, believe it has contributed to some hair loss. Feel overall more energetic."

"Reduced LDL, now listed as too low. UTIs, leg pain, hand nodules. Have to wait out the 6-month dosage to eliminate it."
