For Dissolution of Dermal Filler "I had a full vial of Hyalase injected to dissolve 1.5 ml of filler. Less than 2 months later, it caused my temples to sink in and hollow. It has also sunken in my cheeks and resulted in stretchy skin. Other, more mild side effects include blurred vision and thin skin that sags, hollowing of eyes, and pitting edema. Do NOT ever risk using this product, the effects are highly unpredictable. I feel as though it has resulted in rapid aging within months. I’ve been researching, and many people have experienced ongoing deformation of their faces for up to 3 years. I am so afraid it will cause my face to collapse, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience this. The product is NOT TGA or FDA approved for aesthetic use. Instead, it is used off the shelf when it comes to dissolving filler. Hyaluronidase is also known to play a role in cancer. It’s simply a dangerous product, and its current use is entirely irresponsible and should be made illegal for use in cosmetics."

For Dissolution of Dermal Filler "I have been systematically damaged by Hylenex after getting my lip filler dissolved. What was supposed to be 'safe' and 'effective' has changed my life for the worse. I’m 30 years old, and my facial skin is loose, very thin, textured, saggy, my eyelids are covered in veins and have lost their almond shape. My entire face has sunken and dropped. The skin on my body is thin and see-through, you can now see veins everywhere where you couldn’t before. It’s especially noticeable on my hands, chest, and feet. I have a greyish hue to my skin. I was never told this could happen from dissolver and have been dismissed by doctors. This has been an incredibly traumatic experience, and it doesn’t appear I will get any sort of help. Please think twice before dissolving. I’d only use it in an emergency setting. My situation was not an emergency, I just didn’t like how the filler was placed. I’d much rather have wonky filler than this. I don’t know how much longer I can bear this."

For Dissolution of Dermal Filler "Wish I could post my before and after. In TN, there are no doctors to consult about non-surgical procedures. A doctor in SC told me not to have Voluma, but I didn't listen. The bullying I've endured by men and women in the US caused me to be insecure and strict with my face. A small asymmetry is normal. An injector did one syringe of Voluma on my cheeks, and I already had big cheekbones, I looked horrible. I had $4,250 of hylenex by a nurse, and my left under-eye is sunken now with a deep dent, it's no longer soft and smooth with my natural fat as it was. It's been 19 months since then, and the Voluma was dissolved from my left cheek, but not from my right one completely, or I can't tell what's going on. My right cheek looks puffy, my temple looks puffy all of a sudden, and my skin on my left side is no longer plump. I take collagen pills and have raw milk, which helps my skin, so it's not aged, but I don't see my natural HA coming back. My right side is smooth and even puffy, my left is thin."

For Dissolution of Dermal Filler "This was used for female, 28 yo. Nasolabial fold filler dissolving. Loss of volume overall on face, skin laxity, apparition of hyperpigmentation marks, enlarged pores, entire face skin thinning. All effects appeared within a week from the injection."
