"This is probably the worst nasal spray I have ever used. I had blocked eustachian tubes. The side effects are horrendous. I already suffer from anxiety, but this made it a whole lot worse, especially at night. My mood changes every 2 minutes. My heart races horribly. I can’t sleep. The anxiousness is worse at night as I am trying to sleep. I get this very weird feeling in the whole of my body when I try to relax, and I get up in a panic with a racing heart. I have been off it for 2-4 days now, and I am still having the side effects of it. I started using it a few weeks ago. If anyone is thinking of using it, please read the label and the possible side effects before you use it, as I stupidly didn’t. If anyone has a sensitive body or is sensitive to meds, I would advise not using this one."

Fluticasone nasal for Allergic Rhinitis "Works wonderfully. Takes a few days to kick in and leaves an unpleasant feeling in the throat, though. The latter can easily be dealt with by using it just before eating. Surprised to see this is a prescription medicine, though. It's over the counter in my home country and in other countries I've visited. Same goes for many similar nasal sprays."

Fluticasone nasal for Rhinitis "I have been using this product twice a day for several weeks. Other than a small amount of blood in nasal secretions, there have been no noticeable side effects. I have experienced decreased nasal congestion and improved breathing."

Fluticasone nasal for Rhinitis "Work great! I have post nasal drip and year-round allergies. My ENT suggested I use a steroid nasal spray, and I have used Flonase for almost 2 years. Once in a while, I get a bloody nose and take only half a dose until I feel better. I'd rather have a nosebleed twice a year and be able to breathe! I don't get the bad reviews on this site at all. Reviews everywhere else are very good."

For Allergic Rhinitis "Do not use this awful stuff that causes headaches, eye pain, back pain, anxiety, racing heart, nosebleeds, foggy brain, and feeling generally unwell. I've tried to stop taking these 4 times over a period of 2 years, and each time felt better, but congestion came back. So I am now using a seawater spray, all natural, and feeling so much better."

Fluticasone nasal for Rhinitis "It worked well at first and helped to open my airways and allow me to breathe more easily. However, it also had a strange stimulatory effect on me that was similar to that of caffeine. It seems to have lost some of its efficacy, but after taking a nearly year-long break, I tried it again today and found that it is working all right. Although it does give me an odd sensation of cold air feeling colder than it actually is, it is manageable for me, and I don't find it too bothersome. This is just my personal experience."

For Rhinitis "This has been a life-saver for me. It allows me to breathe through my nose like a normal human. If I stop using it for a week, my nasal passages feel like they swell shut, and I can't breathe through my nose. I am absolutely miserable when I run out of fluticasone."

Fluticasone nasal for Rhinitis "I have chronic sinus congestion without explanation, and it interferes with me being able to use my new CPAP. A friend recommended Afrin, and it works great, but my sleep specialist warned me not to use it more than three days in a row, and I haven't. She also recommended that I switch to Flonase. Well, I'm about to go to bed, and it's day 4 in my rotation, so I decided to try Flonase. Well, instead of taking my congestion from 50% to 0% like Afrin, I now have a splitting headache, and my congestion went from 50% to 100%. Now I won't be able to sleep at all, because I can't use Afrin tonight, and instead of being partially blocked (which I can kind of deal with), I am completely blocked."

Fluticasone nasal for Rhinitis "I was prescribed Flonase for sinus and middle ear pressure, 2 sprays each nostril, 2x per day. It works great, however, the heart palpitations and nervousness are not worth it for me. I had to stop using it."

Fluticasone nasal for Nasal Polyps "Obscenely expensive drug with potentially terrible persistent side effects; was prescribed this after polyps returned again after surgery and budesonide regimen. It seemed to work at first; was able to breathe again after a few weeks. A little over a month later, however, I woke up with bad muscle soreness and fatigue, even ran a light fever. Eight months after stopping the drug, I'm still experiencing DAILY dizziness, insomnia, muscle loss/weakness, fatigue, and hand tremors. I can no longer live my life the way I used to. This stuff royally messed me up, and I've had to spend thousands of dollars on tests to try and figure out what kind of damage it did to my body (I still don't know)."

Fluticasone nasal for Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyps "After seeing 2 allergists and 3 ENTs, and trying lots of various treatments, I finally got this medication, which greatly helped my nose. I went from 5 years of totally congested and drippy nose to being able to breathe through my nose (and sleep better, not choke while eating, no more mountains of tissues everywhere). However, the smell and taste I'd lost never did return, and probably the underlying problem is still there. But this lets me live a semi-normal life. I find it super easy to use, much easier than regular nose sprays. My first bottle was free, then with insurance, it was $50/month and ships to my door. No noticeable side effects, though recently my eyes have started feeling dry and some pains, but I don't know if that is related to this medication or something else (COVID? other meds? At times I also still use Azelastine nose spray for flare-ups.) But I LOVE Xhance and am so happy a doctor prescribed it and took me out of years of misery."

Fluticasone nasal for Nasal Polyps "My ENT put me on this about 3 months ago for extreme sinusitis, terrible allergic rhinitis, and I haven’t sneezed 10 times or taken a Claritin in months! This is a complete game changer... best thing ever! I am so thankful for this Xhance spray. I read a few of the reviews and saw where someone said that their glass vial broke and were concerned about glass being sprayed up their nose. My vial was dropped last night, and sad to say, it did shatter, but I know not to use this now and just ordered a new vial. I like the glass vial as it makes it easy to see how much product is left... although maybe they could look at a clear plastic dispenser in the future!"

Fluticasone nasal for Rhinitis "My doctor put me on this because my nose gets stuffy when I lay down, and they didn't want me using Afrin. I've been on Flonase almost a week, and I notice no difference. Sprayed each nostril every night... nose still stuffy. I can't sleep, and it's going on 3 am, and I have to be up at 7. Nothing clears my nose as good as Afrin, but it's bad for continuous use. So this stuff doesn't work."

Fluticasone nasal for Allergic Rhinitis "Used it for a few months, once every morning. Works great to stop the allergies throughout the day. I've definitely not had the debilitating problems that come through now and again as if I caught a cold, and this definitely stops that from happening. But the piercing headaches are bad after a few minutes, so I have to take ibuprofen to get through it. Then, I am OK through the day, mostly, I can function. But after a while, a couple of months, my whole body started to feel numb. Can't feel my back, arms, legs, hands, feet, shoulders, and numb in a way that I am not able to perform athletically. If I get hurt, twist a wrist, or pull a muscle, I can feel those kinds of things, but for coordination, I felt detached, weak, awful, angry, annoyed."

Fluticasone nasal "Yes, I use Flonase for only three days due to a cold I have and allergies. The worst ever caused my nose to burn my nose and lips. It left me a heavy scab that I can't get rid of. It makes you dizzy. It is nasty. I recommend do not use. Instead, go buy generic Claritin to be on the safe side. Don't believe everything doctors say or want to sell you."

Fluticasone nasal for Rhinitis "I suffer from COPD, which also involves a constantly runny nose. I also suffer from seasonal allergies, which make things worse with the sneezing and watering eyes. I have tried various allergy medicines in pill form, only to have unwanted side effects even in the non-drowsy form. My pulmonologist made a suggestion of trying a nasal spray. So I purchased some Flonase, and after reading the information on its use, I tried it. Oh boy, what a difference! My nose is not running, breathing is clear and free. I am a very happy person who is not suffering anymore. This is a great product and one that I will be using from now on. I can now enjoy the spring without the allergies."

Fluticasone nasal for Rhinitis "Flonase is the only medication that effectively treats my allergies the best. I have tried other medications, and when my allergies are at their peak, at their worst, I get terribly sick with a sinus infection, upper respiratory bronchitis. I get a lot of problems, but with Flonase, it clears all that right up and keeps me from getting sick."

Fluticasone nasal for Allergic Rhinitis "I have been using Flonase off and on for years. The reason I kept going off is because something just didn't seem right. It works, but the side effects are horrible for me. I have been having horrible pain in my back and legs. I decided to try an experiment. I went off the Flonase for a week, and the pain had subsided. However, due to having vertigo and very severe allergies, my doctor wanted me on it, so I went back on, and sure enough, the excruciating pain in my back and legs came back. As of tonight, I am going off of it again to see if the pain stops. If it does, I will be talking to my doctor about doing something else because it can't be a coincidence for me that this is happening. Everyone's body is different, so Flonase may not be good for me as I am super sensitive to any type of medicine."

Fluticasone nasal for Allergic Rhinitis "Best nasal spray on the market. Veramyst has changed my life. Not sure how I survived this long without it. I am 42, and for most of my life, I have always had a stuffy nose. Thanks to this medication, I feel like life has just begun for me."

Fluticasone nasal for Allergic Rhinitis "I had hay fever so severe that I could barely function during my allergy season. Oral antihistamines did very little for me, apart from making me drowsy and/or unable to sleep, and I seemed to metabolize them more quickly than predicted. I was taking them every few hours to maintain relief, but it was messing me up in other ways. Flonase was unbelievably helpful. During my bad season, I would take two inhalations in each nostril, twice per day. As long as I was consistent about its use, it would keep my nasal symptoms at bay. I had no side effects. The smell is a bit unpleasant and lingers, but not so severe in the grand scheme. My allergies are more mild now, but I still keep Flonase around for bad days. I recommend it to any and all."

Fluticasone nasal for Rhinitis "Flonase has changed my life! Before using this, I was blowing my nose at least 20 times a day and sneezing about a dozen times. I would wake up in the morning, and my nose would be so plugged I would stand in the bathroom and blow my nose for five straight minutes to get relief. After only 2 weeks on this, I now maybe blow my nose twice a day and have maybe sneezed twice total. The only thing it hasn't helped with much are dry eyes. I would highly recommend at least trying this to see if it works, it has been wonderful for me!"

Fluticasone nasal for Allergic Rhinitis "I had problems with fluid in my ears (Eustachian tube dysfunction) for a long time, and it kept causing ear infections. So my doctor said it was Eustachian tube dysfunction and had me take this. It has worked wonders. There's no fluid in my ears, and I have not had an ear infection since. The only side effect I've had is that it burns my nose sometimes."

Fluticasone nasal for Allergic Rhinitis "I have been on Flonase for a little over 2 years. I hadn't noticed any issues until here recently. I contracted COVID-19 in January of 2021 and, like many people, lost most of my sense of taste and smell. After 6 months, it really hadn't returned. After COVID, I started having daily mild nosebleeds. A few weeks ago, I started getting sinus headaches, specifically after trying a generic Flonase and then back with name brand Flonase a few days later. I decided to go off of Flonase 3 weeks ago. No more sinus headaches. My nasal bleeding is less. My sense of smell and taste are back in full swing but not quite normal after just 3 weeks of being off Flonase. I about cried when I could smell a bar of soap or bacon cooking. I thought I was a long hauler with COVID-19, but it seems it was Flonase. My experience might not be the same for everyone, many who had COVID-19 do lose their taste and smell as a result of the virus, that just wasn't the case for me."

Fluticasone nasal for Rhinitis "I wouldn't recommend Flonase for vasomotor rhinitis or enlarged turbinates, it does nothing and can have significant side effects. Afrin works for those issues, but long-term use isn't recommended, better to have a procedure to address if possible. Thankfully, the most noticeable for me was dry nose and nose ache, nothing much more, but could have contributed to ongoing insomnia and fatigue issues, hard to say. Had to take it after a procedure to reduce my inferior turbinates and sinuplasty for inflammation reduction."

Fluticasone nasal for Allergic Rhinitis "Flonase works so well! I've been on it for about a week now, and I'm noticing fast improvements. Around the 4th day, my sinus headaches were slim to none, my watery right eye stopped, and I didn't sneeze 10 times a day. No side effects. I am still a little stuffed up... but that's what sinus tea is for! Thank you, Flonase!"
