For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "When I was around 6 weeks pregnant, I was vomiting NONSTOP. It got to the point where I could not even hold down water. The doctor prescribed me Diclegis, and it has been a MIRACLE drug. I take two tablets at night before I go to bed (caution that it does make you very sleepy), which I find an added perk because it helps me get a full night's rest. There are some mornings where I wake up still feeling slightly nauseous, but I am not vomiting, so the occasional slight nausea I can deal with. If you’re looking for something to make the 1st trimester nausea/vomiting disappear (or almost disappear), look no further because this is the drug for you."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "This was the only medication that helped me deal with morning sickness, that actually it was never just in the morning. I was sick all day and all night. It makes you sleepy, but it's not like you can't get out of bed. They tell you to take 2 before bed, another one in the morning, and one more at noon, but I'm just taking one before bedtime and one in the morning so I don't feel super sleepy, and it works perfectly for me! No more sickness, and I can eat anything I want :) Plus, it's super safe for the baby!"

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "Saved my life is an understatement. I suffered so badly with morning sickness with my first daughter, and Zofran didn’t work at all. I was sick the whole 8 months. With this pregnancy, I experienced HG again, but this medicine literally gives me my life back. It does make me a little sleepy, but I’ll take sleepy over nonstop heartburn and vomiting any day."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "I have all-day sickness. I started taking it around 9 weeks, after 24 hours of straight vomiting, and when I woke the next day, I was able to keep something down. Initially, I was sleepy, but I started taking 1 pill every 6-8 hours, and I usually have no sleepiness issues, and I'm able to eat throughout the day. I'm 16 weeks and still on it because without it, I still have times/days when I feel sick. When I forget to take a dose is when it doesn't work - I think each person will need to figure out the best times to take it."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "This medication has been a lifesaver. I had terrible all-day nausea, was losing weight from throwing up. As soon as I started taking it, my nausea decreased about 90%, if not more. It does make you a bit sleepy, but I'll take that any day over nausea. Downside is the cost. They tried to charge me $750 for 100 pills. Luckily, I found a coupon online that got it down to $250. Pricey, but well worth it. Went from feeling like a sick zombie to feeling like a normal functioning human again. I was very hesitant to take any medication and do want to try to cycle off soon. I am almost 16 weeks now."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "At first, the Diclegis seemed to work somewhat. I was no longer vomiting, though I was still gagging at times, but I was glad to be able to keep my food down. However, now I'm in my 2nd trimester at nearly 14 weeks and taking 3 a day, and the nausea is on and off all day, the gagging is intense, and I have even thrown up a few times. I'm not sure what is going on, the doctor even took me off my prenatals to help the nausea, and nothing seems to work. I was planning on decreasing my dose soon and getting off the medication, as I'm still skeptical and concerned about the long-term effects it could have on my baby. This medication also makes me very sleepy all day. It makes it really hard to wake up at 5 a.m. for work."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "Dealing with HG with all my pregnancies. This is my 3rd, and Diclegis is an absolutely life saver. I'm afraid skipping a day to see if it's actually the pill or a good pregnancy. I went from throwing up 40x a day with my last pregnancy to one or none! I hope it'll help with heartburn also, then it will be a 10 lol. Now, it will make you sleepy and hard to get up the next morning, another reason I'm giving it an 8, but I'm now 12 weeks, and it's actually not getting me too sleepy anymore as my body is getting immune to it."

For Nausea/Vomiting of Pregnancy "When I was originally prescribed Diclegis, I was told to take 2 at night and my Zofran in the day as needed. After 3 more visits to the ER, my doctor changed the dose from 2 to 4 a day. One in the morning, one in the afternoon, and the 2 at night. This was the ONLY thing that worked to end my 24/7 nausea. It does make me super sleepy at times, but I'll take that over constantly feeling like I'm dying ANY DAY. Feels good to be able to enjoy a glass of water and a snack without fear of vomiting and having stomach acid come up."
