"I have been on this pill for 11 months. One thing with me for this pill is that I have to be very careful to take the pill when I'm supposed to. If it's a few hours or early the next day and you remember, it's ok. If I miss a whole pill, my period was messed up. Before this pill, I had bad cramping and horrible 7-day periods! I have no side effects, my periods went from super 7 days to very lite 2 days. This pill is a lifesaver! Part of the reason I am on this pill is for my horrific periods, but the other reason is for an estrogen deficiency. I was experiencing hot flashes, night sweats, thinning in hair, etc. at 29 years old, now I have none of that! I recommend this pill... it has changed my life!"

"I am 47 years old and approximately a year ago, I started to have irregular, heavy periods, depression, and anxiety. After some tests, I agreed with my provider that I am in perimenopause and it is normal to have some changes in periods, mood, and you name it. I tried OTC medications and herbs with some temporary relief. Two months ago, everything got worse, so my provider prescribed Natazia, which is a lifesaver for me. No more irregular and heavy bleeding, my mood and libido returned to normal, less anxiety and depressed mood, and no weight gain. I am very happy with this pill. Unfortunately, the copayment is high. The insurance companies should adjust this, otherwise, women with similar problems will not be able to purchase the product and get better. What about equality, my friends?"

"I was prescribed Natazia because it has an extremely high dose of estrogen, which helped with my menorrhagia and massive clots. However, this pill caused me to experience mini strokes and made my doctors believe I had multiple sclerosis at 18 years old. An MRI showed that I was experiencing hemiplegic migraines and that this pill was the root cause. Do NOT take if you have a family history of migraines or stroke. This pill nearly killed me. But it did stop my period, which was good."

"Diagnosed with adenomyosis at 30 due to heavy, out-of-control periods with extremely large clots. Fourth month on Natazia, and it's reduced my periods to only 2-3 days of a light flow. Light enough where panty liners suffice. It's brought my life back to normal."

"I have been on Natazia for 5 months now for very heavy bleeding. My periods would always last about 5 days, but for the past 10 years, I would pass many blood clots. I couldn't wear tampons. I was always worried I would stain my clothes during work or out in public. I just turned 40 and started taking this BC. My periods are now so light and only last 2-3 days. I can now get away with just liners. I still may have slight cramping the day before or on day 1 of the period. I also had some cystic hormonal acne on one jawline, this has cleared completely up after 3-4 months. Also, I feel my rosacea has been under control without having to take my prescribed oral antibiotics and medicated gels, not sure if from BC. I haven't noticed any other side effects."

"I was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome a few years ago and started taking Natazia for it. Before taking Natazia, I would go about 10 months without a period, then would bleed heavily for a month or so. I would have cramps that would drop me to my knees. It was unbearable. I went a couple of years dealing with this, then finally decided to get myself to the doctor. He prescribed Natazia, and it has been a lifesaver. I've never had regular periods. I've been on so many different kinds of birth control, and this is the only one that has worked for me. Since the first month, I have had regular periods. I finally feel like a normal woman with regular periods. It's kind of nice. The only side effect is the acne. I'll take acne over bleeding heavily for a month any day."

"I was skeptical and uneasy about going on birth control again after bad past experiences with other brands. My doctor prescribed it for me because my natural cycle was way too long, heavy bleeding, and the worst cramps with fevers. Note: you have to stay 3 months on this pill to see how your body really reacts to it. I pretty much had a light period throughout the whole first month. I did not, though, have severe cramps anymore. In this second month, I have been more balanced with the bleeding, and it is coming around normal time and not additional like the month before. Emotions are still unstable-breaking out more too! Greasy face and feeling super gross. If this doesn't change after the third month, I'm switching."

"I've been on Natazia for over 17 days, and I've had good and bad results. Before taking the pill, I had several fibroids and had 2 surgeries to remove them before they returned again. I have very extreme painful periods with heavy bleeding 3 days out of the 7-8 day period. And I'm going through pre-menopause. Natazia made the pain go away this time. But I'm having very dry, dark brown spotting. I have no cervical mucus. I think this pill is good for the pain and bleeding but bad for what I'm experiencing now. I think I need to try something else or get the hysterectomy."

"I have been on birth control for the majority of 20 years. Tried every kind. When I got off them, I realized that they had been amplifying my PTSD, anxiety, depression, anger, sadness, everything. I felt normal finally. Well, fast forward to having my first child at 34. C-section caused adenomyosis, endometriosis, heavy bleeding, and polyps. I also started getting more ovarian cysts that wouldn't go away. Eventually, after a lot of research, I found Natazia. It's supposed to be the closest to bioidentical available. My mood is normal. I skip the placebos and estrogen-only pills after having a 40-day period about 2 or 3 months after starting. Highly recommend taking them like this. Cons: the estrogen still irritates, so I'm still in pain (significantly less though!). Less sexual desire and dryness (not as bad as other pills!). I think it's causing hair loss too."

"I started taking this pill for breakthrough bleeding 4 months ago. Since I had my children, I have not been able to take any oral contraceptive pills to help with the constant bleeding. I even tried Mirena for 1 year. The first 2 months were like magic. Now I am having excessive bleeding on my 3rd week of pills and a couple of days of spotting when I should have my period. I don't have any emotional or physical side effects, but Natazia is expensive."

"My doctor lies to me. I was put on this pill after being in Lo Loestrin Fe that caused constant breakthrough bleeding. I got on this one specifically to stop that. Guess what? Two weeks in, just like Loestrin and just like clockwork, I'm having very heavy breakthrough bleeding and cramping that has prevented me from moving or eating for three days now. Horrible pill that does nothing for me. Switching immediately."

"I took Natazia after having it prescribed for heavy bleeding. Before starting, I would bleed through a pad every time I went from a seated to standing position and passing painful, tangerine-sized clots. (Sorry for TMI but trying to be helpful.) I suffered with severe anemia after every cycle due to my period having no end date and sometimes lasting weeks to months. The first two weeks on Natazia, I did notice headaches, breakouts, and a 'meh' emotional state, not depressed or anxious, but I just felt nothing, almost like a robot. After my first month, everything was great, I was back to being as joyful and happy as ever, I had a high sex drive, my acne was alright, and I did notice an increase in discharge (I don't really mind it). Periods lasted 2 days every month, ranging from light to simply spotting. I was on it for around 7 months until stopping a few months ago. I did notice after stopping, I had a few weird side effects and blood pressure issues, but those resolved soon."

"Absolutely incredible pill. Natazia feels like I'm not even taking anything. No side effects at all other than really dry skin - no big deal. Without BC, I have nightmare periods that are horribly painful and insanely heavy, that have been ruining my life and causing anemia. I was out of options as no other BC pill (I tried Loestrin, Sprintec, Apri, and Ortho Tri-Cyclen) was helping my symptoms and just caused a bunch of intolerable side effects and constant breakthrough bleeding with even worse cramps. This pill solved all my PMS symptoms and period issues and has given me a balanced mood and light, pain-free period that arrives exactly on time. I can't even comprehend how amazing I feel. This pill is changing my life. It seems too good to be true, so I really hope it continues to work this well! If you don't tolerate other BC, definitely try this!"
