"On Day 1, I experienced acid reflux. By Day 2, I had a slight sore throat. On Day 3, I noticed small bumps on my face and a stronger sore throat. As the days progressed, the bumps on my face grew larger while my sore throat started to dissipate by Day 4. By Day 5, I had developed larger and red acne, pimples, or folliculitis. Tomorrow, on Day 6, I plan to call my dermatologist. Psoriasis is still present on the back of the neck and scalp, causing itchiness, as well as behind the ears. I cannot really give a recommendation on the effectiveness of the drug due to the quick onset of side effects."

"This drug is insanely dangerous, and the fact it was approved and the fact that anyone in their right mind would ingest this baffles me! There is no benefit, only risk, and frankly, none of it has any positive outcomes. Ruin your health for temporary short-term relief? No thanks! You are better off with untreated psoriasis than taking this crazy pharmaceutical because you will end up having far more health problems from this 'drug' than if you didn't."

"I've been on Sotyktu for 4 months now since all the other biologics have failed me over time. On the plus side, my psoriasis is almost gone and my joints feel much better. On the minus side, I am 64 years old and have full-blown acne that my dermatologist can't get under control. I have also had severe hives several times, head to toe, which I needed to go on a short course of Prednisone to get rid of. So, psoriasis, acne, or hives seem to be my options. How to choose?"

"Rash, stomach ache, chest hurts a little, bruise on lip, tired and dragging, stool irregular, coughing a lot, eyes itchy, feel miserable since I started. Having allergies. I don’t know if taking sotyktu has made things worse. Rash and stomachaches are the worst. I’m taking a 6 mg sample pack. I don’t see a change in my condition, but it’s only been a week. I’ll be reaching out to my doctor to see what I should do. Thank you."

"After living with plaque and guttate psoriasis for most of my life, Sotyktu has been a game-changer. I started taking it five months ago, and the results have been incredible. Inflammation eased almost immediately, and flares stopped completely. Over time, my lesions healed, and now I’m 99% clear, with only some pigmentation left from past UV treatments. Switching from hours of creams and UV sessions to a simple daily pill feels like a luxury. The initial side effects, mild headaches and nighttime thirst, quickly disappeared. I’m so grateful for this medication, which has freed me from constant itchiness, inflammation, and self-consciousness that came with visible lesions. I'd say, try it and see how you feel after 6 months."

"I have guttate psoriasis, and I started Sotyktu 5 days ago. I'm already feeling better! The itching has gone down significantly, and the spots are healing. I'm thrilled it's working so quickly. I'm hoping my insurance will cover the cost, I have Aetna. I'm on the 2-month starter kit. Otezla and Taltz did not work well for me. I'm hopeful Sotyktu will be the medication that works long-term."

"I’ve been on it for five weeks so far, my skin improved maybe 50%. The side effects so far are cold sore, lip blister from week one, now I have fever, chills, sore throat and ears, swallowing difficulties, enlarged glands, chest congestion, and expectoration of thick yellow mucus. My chest is on fire, my abdominal muscles are really sore and spasm when coughing. I am exhausted, short of breath, and have a headache."

"It does work for me, keeping the plaques under control. But I have a lot of upper respiratory crud and a mucousy cough. Sometimes it's a drier cough, but it still persists. It's been over a year, and all of these symptoms continue. I recently started to think about whether it's worth it."

"After trying multiple creams, treatments, on and off steroids, and psoriasis medication, this is what put me into remission. After 6 months of daily use, my skin was completely clear. This has given me my confidence back. I am able to live my daily life without constantly trying to cover up. Thank you for giving my peace of mind back."

"Sotyktu caused a rash on my face and neck. It made my skin burn, red, bumpy, and incredibly dry. Everyone noticed as soon as they saw me, I was even told my skin resembled that of a lizard. Definitely not a medication for me."
