For Birth Control "I've been on Apri for about a year now. I had to start taking it at night because it made me feel very sick. I still feel sick in the morning and can't eat when I first wake up for the first week, then that goes away. I do believe it decreased my sex drive because it has changed since I started taking this pill. The only plus to this pill is that I've had short periods that are very light, and I know the day it will start and end. I just asked for a new birth control to try, and I'll see how that goes! If it doesn't go well, I'll probably be returning to Apri."

For Birth Control "Been taking since January 2018. I have intense headaches, my mood swings are awful, and I am angry or get frustrated so easily. This pill raised my blood pressure when I’ve never had issues with blood pressure. I’ve gained 25 pounds. I’m always hungry and have cravings for the most random things. The first few weeks on the pill, I was nauseous, and even after being on it for 7 months, I spot a lot, and I have NO sex drive! I’m going to have my tubes removed soon so I can get off this mess! I’ve taken many birth control pills, and this is by far the worst!"

For Birth Control "It cleared my oily skin and acne, but my hunger was out of control, and my mood swings were awful. I had no desire at all for sex anymore, and that can really put a damper on a new marriage."

For Birth Control "I've been on this pill for nearly two years. It's incredible. No acne, no weight gain, regular periods, no migraines (related to it), no decrease in sex drive."

For Birth Control "Apri made me gain weight and lose my sex drive. I was able to take it continuously if I wanted, which meant fewer periods. I don't know if that was worth the other side effects, though."

For Birth Control "This is one of those drugs that sneak up on you. Been on this for 8 months. The first couple of months I felt fine, but by the 6th month I started having horrible pregnancy symptoms, even though I wasn't pregnant. Overall, I've had anxiety attacks, depression spells, and I've gained water weight from the pills. I have no sex drive whatsoever. I've been on other pills, and they almost killed me with allergic reactions or panic attacks."
