"Had excruciating leg and knee pain for weeks until finally diagnosed as pseudo-gout. Colchicine did wonders, and now virtually pain-free. Now the bad news: three doctors have said it will no longer be made available."

"Contrary to previous comments, I am currently taking this medication. Maybe reintroduced at a huge price increase? Works, but I have a metallic taste for several hours after the dose."

"Misdiagnosed with RA for years. Nothing worked. Drugs were more intense. Then tried this. Life restored in two weeks. Can cause severe diarrhea, so I have to cut down or discontinue for a few weeks. Worth it!"
