For Acne "Works wonders! Stick with it, though. The first time I went on it, my face was pretty clear since I had just come off birth control, so I had no 'purging' experience. It kept my face completely clear and even cleared up some fine lines! Unfortunately, my insurance stopped covering it for a bit. My skin was okay for the first few weeks off it, and then I suddenly had massive cysts. My insurance changed again, and they now cover it! Second round: definitely some purging, definitely a lot of flaking, but skin is getting back to where it was. Stick with it. The stuff really works, but you have to give it time!"

For Acne "Before this, I used to have so many little bumps on my forehead as well as acne. Then I started using all these products recommended, which made it worse. Later, after going to my dermatologist, which recommended me Biacna (Canadian version of Ziana). After about a week of using it, the purge was crazy! It got so much worse, but my dermatologist said it’s normal and to keep patient. Now it’s my two weeks, and all my acne and bumps are gone now, and it’s just marks I have to deal with! Good luck everyone, and be patient, the results are astonishing!"

For Acne "So this medication, in combination with a Benzac wash 10%, has really done a number on me. I had perfectly normal skin, then got some kind of bacterial skin infection which caused an overnight breakout (over 100 whiteheads on my face and neck). Was put on Med, and it disappeared... then slowly started to come back as acne. So I was put on Bianca and Benzac wash, which made it insanely worse. It clears up, then my skin purges, then it clears up, then it purges. It’s been doing this for 2 months now. Not sure what to think. I am a flight attendant, and my skin does an overnight breakout also when I do long flights in the dry environment. Seems like every time it seems manageable, it breaks out overnight. Has anyone else had these experiences?"
