For Constipation "I had taken some Milk of Magnesia with no results and decided to look for cascara sagrada instead. I found it and took one capsule immediately. It worked well without giving me diarrhea. Have used it several times over the past 4-5 months, and it just works. I do not take it regularly, as is recommended."
