"Went into anaphylaxis after the third dose. Increased anxiety. Had to go to the emergency room via ambulance. Mouth, tongue, and throat were swollen, chest was tight, severe all-over itching, and itching throat. Found out this only works 50% of the time. That it's a hail Mary drug. It works on half of the people, makes the other half worse. Be very cautious with this one. Because it's a 50/50 chance."

"It has made me irritable, socially awkward, has not helped my anxiety, makes me light-headed for a bit after I take it, and gives me the general sense that something is 'off'."

"On this for PTSD. I would encourage your Dr. to choose other medications. This drug takes several weeks before you might feel relief."

"This medicine has helped me so much. I was first put on Paxil (was allergic to it and didn’t even know), but then my psychiatrist put me on buspirone, and it has helped me so, so much! This medication is the best. I don’t overthink or worry about things as much as I used to. I did have side effects when I got my dosage upped, and it lasted for about a month. I felt extremely nervous and restless, but other than that, it is great."
