For Sinus Symptoms "I love taking this before bedtime, or when I have time to rest, as it does make me drowsy. It tends to work faster than others, and when sinuses are bad, it is a major plus. Only downside is it makes me drowsy, so I cannot take it when working (although half works well enough to keep symptoms tolerable until I can take a whole one)."
