"Have frequent sinus infections and have been prescribed Augmentin XR whenever I have a severe sinus infection for about the past 17 years now. It always has done the job and taken care of the infection. The only downside is the GI side effects (i.e., stomach cramps, diarrhea, etc.)."

"In the past 3-4 years, I’ve had reoccurring sinus infections. I’ve taken Augmentin XR years ago, for several years with no side effects aside from fatigue. This year, I was prescribed Keflex a lot, and it was so much better, no issues. I’ve had a sinus infection on 11/23, and the doctor prescribed Augmentin XR, but the side effects are so bad! From gastrointestinal issues and mentally feeling off. Depression, anxiety severe, by 11/26 I can’t leave the house. No focus, and I have to go to the clinic, I’m miserable and just want Keflex!"

"Killed the sinus infection in about a day. I have had chronic sinusitis for 15 years, and this is my go-to medicine."
