"This is the best drug ever for treatment-resistant depression. I have tried each and everything. You name the drug, and I have tried it already. This drug is literally saving my life for the better. I take it 50 mg only with paroxetine 37.5 mg and 15 mg mirtazapine I need for sleep. I have tried all other SSRIs and SNRIs and antipsychotics, but none of them worked for the long term. This drug at a 50 mg dose is really helpful for augmentation. I know it has many side effects, and one of them is raising prolactin and causing ED. But I will always choose this drug over sex. It’s better being sane. Still, I get erections easily for sexual intercourse. So don’t worry. Go for it. It saves me. I don’t know why it’s not available in the US, but if you have access to it anyhow and you’re treatment-resistant, then start taking it."
