Vetericyn Plus VF Antimicrobial Wound Barrier Hydrogel Indications

Intended for use by veterinary professionals for moistening and debriding wounds of all types, burns, pressure sores, ulcers, abrasions, dermal and mucosal irritations, post-surgical incisions, grafted and donor sites, in addition to moistening and lubricating absorbent wound dressings. Vetericyn Plus^® VF Antimicrobial Wound Barrier Gel relieves itch and pain often associated with dermal irritations. Promotes a moist environment which has been proven to help wounds heal faster.

Directions For Use

Shake well before each use. Remove excess hair and necrotic tissue from wound area. Necrotic tissue can be softened with hydrogel for easier debridement. Twist open cap and saturate the affected area. Cover with bandage material if required. Hydrogel is designed to adhere to the site and evaporate slowly. The thicker formula acts as a protective barrier while maintaining moisture in the wound to help promote healing. For best results clean affected area with Vetericyn Plus^® VF Wound & Skin Cleanser prior to applying hydrogel. For more accurate and precise application, draw up from cap with slip-on syringe.

Use Precautions: For external use only, not for injection. For animal use only, not for human use. Keep out of reach of children. Always consult with a veterinarian for systemic conditions. Discontinue use if irritation develops and contact your veterinarian.

Storage

Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not allow to freeze. Do not use after expiration date. After use, seal or close dispenser.
