Presponse SQThis treatment applies to the following species:
Mannheimia Haemolytica Toxoid
For Veterinary Use Only
For vaccination of healthy dairy or beef cattle three months of age or older as an aid in the prevention of pneumonic pasteurellosis by stimulating immunity to Mannheimia haemolytica (formerly Pasteurella haemolytica).
DOSE: Cattle, inject one 2 mL dose subcutaneously in the neck area anterior to the shoulder using aseptic technique. Healthy cattle should be vaccinated a minimum of 14 days prior to shipping or exposure to stress which may precipitate infectious conditions. Although only a single dose is necessary to confer active immunity, a booster dose is recommended whenever subsequent stress is likely.
Presponse SQ Caution
DO NOT USE AS DILUENT FOR LIVE VACCINES. Do not mix with other vaccines or products. Store in the dark at 2° to 7°C (35° to 45°F). DO NOT FREEZE. SHAKE WELL. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. In case of anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine.
Thimerosal added as a preservative.
