● Use before and after physical exercise, or any time, to promote muscle and joint health on areas such as back, legs, knees, neck and shoulders.

● Use 10-15 minutes before beginning exercise.

● Use as a warm-down to support muscle and joint health.

Directions For Use

Apply on any muscle or joint area 1-4 times per day.

Avoid eyes. Wash hands after use.
