Directions For Use

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. For both indoor and outdoor use.

HOW TO APPLY:

HOLD CONTAINER UPRIGHT (1 Quart). SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING.

ON ANIMAL USE - USE ONLY ON HORSES, PONIES, AND FOALS (Over 12 Weeks of Age):

USE AS A SPRAY: Brush animal to remove excess dirt and dust. Spray horse’s entire body while brushing against the lay of the coat to ensure adequate coverage. Reapply every 1 to 17 days or as needed. For best results reapply each time animal is washed or exposed to heavy rain. After application, brush thoroughly to bring out bright sheen on the coat.

USE AS A WIPE: Brush animal to remove excess dirt and dust. Apply this product to a soft cloth and apply to the horse’s face and ears. Reapply every 1 to 17 days or as needed. For best results reapply each time animal is washed or exposed to heavy rain. After application, brush thoroughly to bring out bright sheen on the coat.

Kills and repels biting and nuisance flies, gnats, mosquitoes, and ticks. Including Horse Flies, Stable Flies, Face Flies, Horn Flies, Deer Flies, House Flies, Black Flies, Cluster Flies, Sciarid Flies, Gnats, Midges, Punkies, No-See-Ums, Deer Ticks, Lone Star Ticks, Chiggers, American Dog Ticks, Brown Dog Ticks, Gulf Coast Ticks, Fleas (including Cat, Dog, Human, Sticktight, Oriental rat and Chigoe fleas) and Lice.

Avoid getting into horse’s eyes, nose, or mouth. Do not wet skin or apply to the point of dripping or exceeding two ounces per application.

USE AS A PREMISE (Barn/Building) SPRAY: Spray in areas where insects congregate. Apply at a rate of 1 quart (32 oz) per 25 sq. ft. Direct spray to contact insects for rapid knockdown and kill. Spray around door facings and screens to render area unattractive to insects. This will help to repel insects and prevent entrance into building. Treat surfaces to ensure thorough coverage but avoid runoff. To treat insects harbored in voids and cracks-and-crevices, applications must be made in such a manner to limit dripping and avoid runoff onto untreated structural surfaces and plants. Spot treatments must not exceed two square feet in size (for example, 2 ft. by 1 ft. or 4 ft. by 0.5 ft.).

USE RESTRICTIONS: Do not apply as a space, broadcast or spot treatment to indoor surfaces at residential sites. Do not store near or use with oxidizing agents. This product is not for use on foals less than 12 weeks of age. This product is not for use on animals intended for human consumption. Except when applying directly to animals, 1) do not allow adults, children or pets to enter the treated area until sprays have dried; 2) do not apply this product in a way that will contact adults, children or pets either directly or through drift. Exit area immediately and remain outside the treated area until sprays have dried. Remove or cover exposed food and drinking water before application. Remove or cover dishes, utensils, food processing equipment and food preparation surfaces or wash them before use. Do not wet articles to point of runoff or drip. Do not use treated article until spray has dried. Remove pets, birds and cover fish aquariums before spraying. Application is prohibited directly into sewers or drains or to any area like a gutter where drainage to sewers, storm drains, water bodies or aquatic habitat can occur. Do not allow the product to enter any drain during or after application. Do not allow to enter indoor or outdoor drains. (No permita la entrada a desagües infernos o externos.)

● Do not make applications during rain. Avoid making applications when rainfall is expected before the product has sufficient time to dry (minimum 4 hours). Rainfall within 24 hours after application may cause unintended runoff of pesticide application.

● All outdoor spray applications must be limited to spot or crack-and-crevice treatments only, except for the following permitted uses:
- Application to underside of eaves, soffits, doors, or windows permanently protected from rainfall by a covering, overhang, awning, or other structure.
- Applications around potential exterior pest entry points into man-made structures such as doorways and windows, when limited to a band not to exceed one inch.
- Applications to vertical surfaces (such as the side of a man-made structure) directly above impervious surfaces (e.g. driveways, sidewalks, etc.) up to 2 feet above ground level.

● Do not spray the product into fish pools, ponds, streams, or lakes. Do not apply directly to sewers or storm drains, or to any area like a drain or gutter where drainage to sewers, storm drains, water bodies, or aquatic habitat can occur.

● Do not apply directly to impervious horizontal surfaces such as sidewalks, driveways, and patios except as a spot or crack-and-crevice treatment.

● Do not apply or irrigate to the point of runoff.

Storage And Disposal

Pesticide Storage: Store in a cool, dry (preferably locked) place that is away from heat or open flame, in an area that is protected from freezing (above 32°F) and is also inaccessible to children and animals.

Pesticide Disposal And Container Handling:

1 Quart - Refillable container. Refill this container with pesticide only. Do not reuse this container for any other purpose.

1 Gallon - Non-refillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container.

If empty: Place in trash or offer for recycling if available. If partly filled: Do not pour or dispose down-the-drain or sewer. Call your local solid waste agency for local disposal options. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.

Harmful if swallowed. Harmful if absorbed through skin. Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet. Wear long-sleeved shirt and long pants, socks, shoes, and (waterproof or chemical-resistant) gloves.

PHYSICAL OR CHEMICAL HAZARDS: Do not mix or allow coming into contact with oxidizing agents. Hazardous chemical reaction may occur.

First Aid

If swallowed:

● Call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice.

● Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow.

● Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor.

● Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

If on skin or clothing:

● Take off contaminated clothing.

● Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes.

● Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

If in eyes:

● Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes.

● Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye.

● Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS

This pesticide is extremely toxic to aquatic organisms, including fish and aquatic invertebrates. To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters or surface waters. Applying this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treated area. Do not apply directly to or near water. Drift and run-off from treated areas may be hazardous to fish in water adjacent to treated areas. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment wash-water or rinsate. See Directions for Use for additional precautions and requirements.

This pesticide is highly toxic to bees exposed to direct treatment or residues on blooming crops or weeds. Do not apply this product to allow it to drift to blooming crops if bees are visiting the treatment area.
