  • headache or dizziness
  • increased sweating
  • nervousness
  • paleness
  • trembling
  • trouble in sleeping
  • Increase in runny or stuffy nose

Some of the side effects that can occur with phenylephrine nasal may not need medical attention. As your body adjusts to the medicine during treatment these side effects may go away.
