Caplyta savings card: Do I qualify and how much can I save?
The Caplyta Savings Card helps eligible patients save on their Caplyta prescription. To qualify, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a prescription for Caplyta
- Be insured through private commercial insurance
The savings card cannot be used with Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, or other federal or state health programs.
How Much Can You Save?
If you qualify, you may pay as little as $0 for the first two fills of a 30-day supply of Caplyta, up to the maximum lifetime benefit which is based on the current list price of a 30-day supply. After that, you pay $15 for fills up to a 90-day supply (maximum benefit $600).
- By using the Caplyta Savings Card, you may save money on your out-of-pocket costs for the medication.
- The savings program ends 04/30/2026.

How to Use the Caplyta Savings Card
Once you have downloaded your Caplyta Savings Card, give it to your pharmacy where you are having your prescription filled. They will also need your primary insurance information. The offer is only good at participating pharmacies, so make sure your pharmacy will accept the savings card.
The card cannot be redeemed for cash, but it will lower your co-pay if you qualify.
