Interactions between your drugs
rifAMPin clarithromycin
Applies to: rifampin, amoxicillin / clarithromycin / omeprazole
Ask your doctor before using rifAMPin together with clarithromycin. This can alter your blood levels or add to the side effects of either medication. Call the doctor if you have side effects such as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. This combination can also affect the eye and cause inflammation of part or all of the uvea, the middle part of the eye.
