Talk to your doctor before using raloxifene together with estradiol topical. Both medications may have similar effects on certain tissues in the body. Therefore, combining them may increase the risk of side effects such as blood clots, stroke, and some cancers. You should seek immediate medical attention if you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, and/or pain or swelling in the arms or legs during treatment with either medication. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
