Using reserpine together with vericiguat may have additive effects. Food significantly enhances the absorption of vericiguat. You should take each dose of vericiguat at the same time each day with food. If you receive enteral nutrition (tube feeding), take vericiguat with your feeding. Taking it on an empty stomach may lead to inadequate blood levels and reduced effectiveness of the medication. These side effects are most likely to be seen at the beginning of treatment, following a dose increase, or when treatment is restarted after an interruption.
