"I have been using this for a few years now, with good luck. It's not a miracle, however, when I start to hurt, burn, or itch, I can apply this for a night or two depending on how bad it is, and it relieves my symptoms, which is a huge relief! It doesn't seem to do anything to stop the deterioration, however, I guess I am not sure if anything will actually help with that. That being said, I would highly recommend this product. I have had very good results, and it seems to work very quickly for me."

"Per my doctor's prescription, I have used triamcinolone acetonide cream, USP 0.025%, sparingly, as needed, to treat my vulvar lichen sclerosus successfully for 17 years. Over time, I learned that I can only use the Fougera brand of this product, as multiple other similarly identified products seem to cause an allergic reaction, creating the appearance that the cream is not relieving the itching and pain symptoms. (It's a good thing that the Fougera brand was the original one provided to me by the pharmacy!)"
