Kenalog-40 (triamcinolone) "I had two shots of kenalog 40, 1 month apart. The lichen planus went away but the side effects of the medication were horrible. Made me feel ill, achey, tired, gastritis, cystitis gave me irregular menstrual periods (every 2 weeks) and a huge dent on my butt cheek where administered. 5 months later, I still have some of the effects."
