For Urinary Tract Stones "One pill caused almost immediate anaphylaxis, extremely rapid, painful heart/chest palpitations, stuffy nose, sore throat, congestion, dental pain, blurred vision, blisters on my tongue, one month later my gums are inflamed, still have dental pain, yeast infection, urinary tract infection. This was prescribed to me for kidney stones, low dose female. I've been to the quick care twice now, should have gone to the emergency room with my heart. This has been a difficult experience."

Tamsulosin for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I was on this drug for some retention issues, and it seemed to be working. However, on day 6, I started getting a stuffy nose, and on day 7, my nose shut down completely, and I started producing mucus like never before. It was worse than any head cold I can remember. It also ran down into my lungs and caused chest congestion. I also had anxiety, fatigue, and an elevated heart rate. I felt so bad that I got a COVID test (negative) even though I'm vaccinated. I've been off the drug for 3 days, and my sinuses are just clearing up. I still have fatigue, and my lungs are still partly congested. It is going to take a few more days for my body to get rid of all that mucus. This drug is not for me."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "I only used tamsulosin for two days (mild BPH). I'm rating it a 1 primarily because it did nothing to help: no difference in the frequency or ease of urination at night. But, the side effects sure didn't help: - mild dizziness just after taking it - general body malaise - foggy brain - headache - stuffy nose - upper front teeth hurt. - eyes hurt. I can't imagine people taking this every day for the rest of their lives."

For Urinary Tract Stones "Allergic reaction immediate from one pill, female, prescribed for kidney stones. Blurred vision, headache, swollen throat, tongue blistered, wheezing, dizzy, extreme rapid heart, stuffy nose, sore throat, dental pain. The rapid heartbeat started first, shortly after taking, and wheezing three days after, throat and tongue still hurt; spoke with pharmacist and went to quick care; this was the 4 mg capsule. It was easy to swallow the pill, hard to swallow afterwards due to allergic reaction. Hoping symptoms go away soon, also concerned now if I should ever need eye or cataract surgery how this may impact me."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "At first, I did not like this medication, however, after a week or two of getting used to it, I can tell you it works very well (aside from the fact that yes, it does give me a stuffy nose for a few hours, but it goes away soon enough). It also has a Viagra-like side effect-yay! I'm 60. And by the way, I don't take it every day. I can take it about every 3 days, and that works just fine for me. As a final side note that may be helpful to you milk lovers out there, I find that drinking milk makes it more difficult for me to urinate-bummer."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "Dehydration, stuffy nose, headache, sore side. Going to cut the dose in half. Not my way of having fun. Nasty side effects, worst reaction to a drug."

For Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia "This is a miracle cure for me. My doctor told me to give it a month before I see any effects, but it was after the very first tablet. Two years of struggling to urinate, and bang, the complete opposite after being on them. The only side effects I’ve had were a stuffy nose through the night a few times, a little lightheaded, but I’ll take that for urinating like a kid again. I’m back to my energetic ways, and my wife can’t believe the instant changes. Highly recommend this product. 10/10."
