Suzetrigine "I chose to agree to give this non-opioid pain reliever a try, and boy do I regret it. Today is my third day on it, and it’s begun the same style since day one. Tingling sensation in my hands and feet right off the bat. It does give me a boost of energy and helps with pain as long as you aren’t doing anything. Directions say twice daily, so I take the first at 7 am and the second at 7 pm. It does seem to catch the tail of the first dosage before it’s worn off, BUT when 11 pm comes around and I head to bed, it seems like all of my back problems rush in! Feels like you get a second energy boost, and my back spasms out more than it would without ANY medicine. I just can’t get comfortable enough to even WANT to be in bed. Sit back in my recliner, and the pain is gone, lay back down, and it’s doomsday! Another big problem I’m having is impotence big time! At 43 years old, I’ve never had this problem once before! Today I’m just sitting here like a zombie with numb hands."

Suzetrigine "I had tried everything, including Gabapentin, every pain cream, neuropathy med, and strong pain meds for my excruciating, non-stop neuropathy pain, and this is the ONLY med that has ever worked! I am not diabetic. I got my prescription as soon as the drug was FDA approved and released. It was a lifesaver for me!"

Suzetrigine "I experienced 0 side effects. It worked fantastically for my knee pain. Even better than the opioids I have been taking. As long as I take 1 every 12 hours. I think they would work great for chronic pain. The price is way too high. At least I got my insurance company to cover part of it. I give it a 10 for relief of pain."

"I have rheumatoid arthritis and was excited about this med. I’ve used it for 3 days and am stopping for a few days to figure out how I want to use it. It’s approved for short-term use, so I’m seeing it as a rescue drug to use for a few days. I don’t feel well on this drug. A very strange anxiety, horrible sleep, palpitations, muscle fatigue, heavy sweating episodes, a little nausea, and headache. Yikes. That sounds awful. But no drug is free of side effects, and this one really did take away pain, big time. My knees and hips went from a 7 to a 2, old neck and lower back injuries hardly noticeable, improved range of motion all around. It works on a very specific part of peripheral nerve fibers, below root ganglia (the outer ends of nerves coming off your brain and spine). Look up suzetrigine on Wikipedia. It probably won’t help with migraines since they are not peripheral."

Suzetrigine "Took this med as described. Had to pay $495.00 for a 30-day supply. Have bad knees. It gave me a little relief. Could not get any help from Walmart on the price, so I paid cash for it. Don't think it's worth the price when Tylenol 500 works better. The better part of Journavx is it is a non-opioid. I had no side effects. Will see if the drug discount card will work with Walgreens or Walmart."

Suzetrigine "Ok, who made this manufacturer God? I have tried everything, even a pain pump, which did not work for me. The only drug in 63 years is this crap. Yeah, it works! But since I have used the two coupons and can't get any more, I am at the mercy of these guys. They reel you in and then BAM. It will cost me $18.61 (two pills per day), so double that times 30 days of pills. Do the math, it's well over $1100 a month. I suggest not taking it, but if you want to pay that a month, go ahead."

Suzetrigine "Have been taking this medication for about 13 days. I have chronic neck and muscle pain in my neck, shoulder, mid back, and sciatic. It helps greatly in combination with other non-opioid medication. I cannot get my insurance to cover it for long-term care. My insurance is Medicare. This is really sad because nothing else has worked for me, and I can't take addictive medication."
