For Nasal Congestion "Spray mist? No way. This dispenser has a defective nozzle causing liquid to run out of the can, not the nozzle. I complained to Neil Med, they took three weeks to replace another defective can. Stay away from this expensive product."

For Nasal Congestion "Wonderful results. After taking this product for a year, the size of my nose has decreased. Pain and soreness in facial bones, crackling noises, and congestion have almost cleared. This product helped clear the long-term infection better than Avamis, which did help for a while. I continue to use it without any side effects."
