"I've been taking Zeposia for 9 months. It has changed my life. A wonder drug. I suffered with UC and my life was miserable. I have not been experiencing any of the side effects that some have mentioned. I take a daily pill. Can't say enough good things. I'm so grateful."

"Had a great experience with Zeposia so far. I’ve been using it for 1 year. Have not experienced any side effects that I’m aware of, other than a slightly slower heart rate BPM (I can’t seem to get my heart rate over 150 in the gym now, which is weird), and it has successfully reduced cal protection inflammation levels from a scary 2600 down to around 50 in a couple of months. Daily toilet visits down from countless to around a normal 1 or 2. Feels good knowing that my insides are calm and normal once again. Will monitor liver and kidney levels and other markers to ensure it’s not doing damage elsewhere. So far, so good."

"Been on it for 18 months, and although it has sorted my ulcerative colitis symptoms out, I am noticing serious breathing problems becoming more and more persistent. My childhood asthma has returned, and I have developed sleep apnea in the last 3 months (never had it before), waking up constantly gasping for air. Spend hours awake focusing on breathing, feels like I would have a heart attack otherwise. Read the documentation which says they have no information on whether respiratory capacity decline is reversible on stopping the medication! Have reported to doctor and await their advice, but keen to taper off it now as side effects seem serious, and there does not seem to be enough data from clinical trials to reassure me."

"I was on Zeposia for 2 months. Before that, I was on Entyvio for 8 months. Zeposia has so many serious drug interactions that made it much harder for me to manage my pain and other issues. On day 19 on Zeposia, I started having severe SI joint and lower back pain. I couldn't walk or even lay down without pain (I'm 32 years old). I also had episodes of high blood pressure twice within 2 months with a headache and vomiting. I had to stop taking it because it didn't work for my UC and had too many side effects, unfortunately."
